Location

Located in the beautiful Marsa Mubarak bay, the Jaz Hotel group's renowned Iberotel Costa Mares is situated. The coral reef offshore offers a fascinating underwater world for divers and snorkelers. It is one of the most famous spots for diving with dugongs and turtles.
The nearest town with a beautiful marina and various shopping and entertainment options is approximately 5 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is only about 8 km.

The modern hotel complex (from Winter 2025/2026, adults only from 16 years!) comprises a total of 208 rooms spread across the main building and annexes. The stylish hotel is equipped with a modern reception hall, a fitness studio, various shops, and a spa area. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and two à la carte restaurants. The "Anchor" offers Italian specialties, and "Sands" is located on the beach and offers international cuisine (included once a week per restaurant with a minimum stay of 7 nights – subject to availability and reservation required), as well as several bars.
The well-maintained outdoor area includes a swimming pool (heated in winter).
Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Fresh beach and bath towels are provided daily in your room.

Double Room Superior Bay View

The Superior Bay View Double Rooms (SVB) are 29 m² and feature a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, coffee and tea making facilities, safe, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony.
Also available with sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (V1S/EMU).

Superior Family Room Garden View

The Superior Garden View Family Rooms (F2S) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms (29 m²) but with an additional sofa bed. The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (120 m²) and offer direct sea views.

Deluxe Family Room Pool or Sea View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Pool or Sea View (FMD) have the same amenities as the Superior Bay View Double Rooms but are larger (approx. 45 m²).
The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Deluxe Family Room Bay View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Bay View (BDV) are approximately 46 m² and consist of 2 rooms with an interconnecting door, with garden or beach view, otherwise equipped like the Superior Double Rooms.

Breakfast from 7-10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30-9 PM (winter) and 7-9:30 PM (summer) in buffet form at the main restaurant. Late risers' breakfast is available from 10:30-11:30 AM at the beach bar. Lunch offers various snacks from 1-4 PM with ice cream, coffee/tea, and cake. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10 AM to midnight. Imported alcoholic beverages are not included in the All Inclusive. Once per stay, the à la carte restaurant at the Beach Restaurant is included per person (subject to prior reservation and availability).
