Located in the beautiful bay of Marsa Mubarak, the Iberotel Costa Mares is part of the renowned JAZ Hotel group. The coral reef offshore offers a fascinating underwater world for divers and snorkelers. It is one of the most famous spots for diving with dugongs and turtles. The nearest town with a beautiful marina and various shopping and entertainment options is about 5 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is only about 8 km.

The modern hotel complex (from winter 2025/2026, adults only from 16 years!) features a total of 208 rooms spread across the main building and annexes. The stylish hotel is equipped with a modern lobby with reception, a gym, various shops, and a spa area. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and two à la carte restaurants. The "Anchor" offers Italian specialties, and "Sands" is located on the beach and serves international cuisine (included once a week per restaurant with a minimum stay of 7 nights – subject to availability and reservation). Several bars are also available. The well-maintained outdoor area includes a swimming pool (heated in winter). Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are available free of charge for guests at the pool and on the beach. Beach and bath towels are provided fresh daily in the rooms.

Superior Double Room Bay View

The Superior Double Rooms Bay View (SVB) are 29 m² and feature a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, coffee and tea maker, safe, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony. Also bookable with sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (V1S/EMU).

Superior Family Room Garden View

The Superior Family Rooms Garden View (F2S) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms (29 m²), but with an additional sofa bed. The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (120 m²) and have a direct sea view.

Deluxe Family Room Pool or Sea View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Pool or Sea View (FMD) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms Bay View but are larger (approx. 45 m²). The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Deluxe Family Room Bay View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Bay View (BDV) are approx. 46 m² and consist of 2 rooms with an interconnecting door, with garden or beach view, otherwise with the same amenities as the Superior Double Room.

Breakfast from 7-10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30-9 PM (winter) and 7-9:30 PM (summer) in buffet style at the main restaurant. Late riser breakfast is available from 10:30-11:30 AM at the beach bar. Lunch includes various snacks from 1 PM to 4 PM with ice cream, coffee/tea, and cake. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 AM to midnight. Imported alcoholic beverages are not included in the All Inclusive package. Once per stay, the à la carte restaurant at the beach restaurant is included per person (subject to prior reservation and availability).
