Location

Located in the beautiful bay of Marsa Mubarak, the Iberotel Costa Mares hotel belongs to the renowned JAZ Hotel Group. The coral reef offshore offers a fascinating underwater world for divers and snorkelers. It is one of the most famous spots for diving with manatees and turtles.
The nearest town with a beautiful marina and various shopping and entertainment options is about 5 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam Airport is only approximately 8 km.

The modern hotel complex (adults only from 16 years from Winter 2025/2026!) has a total of 208 rooms spread across the main building and annexes. The stylish hotel is equipped with a modern reception area, a fitness studio, various shops, and a spa area. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and two à la carte restaurants. The "Anchor" offers Italian specialties, and "Sands" is located on the beach and offers international cuisine (included once a week for stays of 7 nights or more – subject to availability and reservation required), as well as several bars.
The well-maintained outdoor area includes a swimming pool (heated in winter).
Sun loungers, mattresses, and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Fresh beach and bath towels are provided daily in the rooms.

Double Room Superior Bay View

The Superior Bay View double rooms (SVB) are 29 sqm and feature a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, safe, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony.
Also bookable with sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (V1S/EMU).

Superior Family Room Garden View

The Superior Garden View family rooms (F2S) have the same amenities as the double Superior rooms (29 sqm) but with an additional sofa bed. The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Junior Suite Sea View

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) are equipped like the Double Superior rooms but are larger (120 sqm) and have direct sea views.

Deluxe Family Room Pool or Sea View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Pool or Sea View (FMD) have the same amenities as the Double Superior Bay View rooms but are larger (approx. 45 sqm).
The rooms are located on the ground floor.

Deluxe Family Room Bay View

The Deluxe Family Rooms Bay View (BDV) are approximately 46 sqm and consist of 2 rooms with an interconnecting door, with garden or beach view, otherwise with the same amenities as the Double Superior.

Breakfast from 7:00-10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30-9:00 PM (winter) and 7:00-9:30 PM (summer) in buffet style at the main restaurant. Late risers' breakfast is available from 10:30-11:30 AM at the beach bar. Various snacks from 1:00-4:00 PM with ice cream, coffee/tea, and cake. Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. Imported alcoholic beverages are not included in the All Inclusive. Once per stay, the à la carte restaurant at the Beach Restaurant is included per person (subject to prior reservation and availability).
