Location

The beautiful resort is located on the Red Sea coast in southern Egypt, directly on a 300 m long sandy beach. The hotel complex is situated directly in front of the famous Elphistone Reef and is ideally suited for divers and snorkelers. The quiet surroundings offer a variety of great spots that provide perfect conditions for experiencing Egypt's colorful and diverse underwater world. A long jetty leads from the beach behind the reef, offering easy access to the open sea. The town of Marsa Alam is approx. 25 km away and features numerous dining and shopping options. It is approx. 37 km to Marsa Alam airport.

The spacious Elphistone Resort has a total of 271 elegant rooms, spread over three floors and surrounded by a lush garden landscape. The spacious lobby offers a welcoming reception area and seating. Culinary needs are catered to by the "Red Sea" main restaurant, featuring an open buffet with a large selection of international, Egyptian, and Italian cuisine. Additionally, there is the "Sea Gull" à-la-carte restaurant, which serves delicious seafood and fish dishes, as well as the "Pizza Corner" on the beach. Furthermore, a total of three bars offer a selection of refreshing drinks. In the generously laid-out outdoor area, amidst the beautiful garden, there are three swimming pools (one of which is heated in winter), an outdoor whirlpool, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols, and towels are available to guests free of charge at the pool and beach.

Double room

The double rooms (D) are approx. 42 m² and feature a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, radio, telephone, Wi-Fi (for a fee), minibar, safe, as well as a balcony or terrace.

Double room Superior Sea View

The double room superior sea view (DMU) has the same facilities as the double room, but is more spacious (approx. 46 m²) and features a sea view.
Also bookable for single use (UME).

Double room Deluxe

The double rooms deluxe (DD2) have the same facilities as the double rooms, but are located in the first row to the beach and near the health club, swimming pool, and diving center.

The family rooms (DF2) have the same facility elements as the double rooms but are larger (approx. 64 m²) and equipped with additional sleeping options.

Super saver room

The super saver rooms (SSZ) are equipped like the double rooms, but have a limited contingent and special price.

Breakfast from 7-9:30 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm and dinner from 7-9:30 pm in buffet form at the "Red Sea Restaurant". Dinner in the à-la-carte restaurant is included once per stay (reservation required).

Tea and pastries in the afternoon. Soft drinks, tea, and water from 10 am, local alcoholic drinks from 10 am-11 pm.
