Location

The JAZ Lamaya hotel is situated in a slightly elevated position above the beach bay of Madinat Coraya. The beautiful, intact house reef, with corals that reach parts of the shore, offers ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. Access to the sea is located approximately 150 m from the hotel. A jetty leads into the water directly at the hotel. Numerous shops, bars, and a beautiful promenade can be found in the idyllic harbor town of Port Ghalib. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is about 8 km.

This hotel complex was specifically designed for a relaxing family vacation. The very elegant and spacious resort was built in a Moorish-Oriental style and features a total of 389 rooms, distributed between a main building and several two- and three-story residential buildings. The hotel features a stylish lobby with a reception and seating areas, a main restaurant with a non-smoking zone, a hair salon, several shops, a bar, and an amphitheater. In the extensive outdoor area, there is a generously designed pool landscape with four swimming pools (three of which are heated in winter) with a separate children's pool (heated in winter), a hangout area, and a beach/pool bar, as well as a new food court on the beach with snacks, drinks, and desserts. Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's own beach and at the pools. The Coraya Aqua Park is within walking distance and is sure to delight children.
