Location

The JAZ Lamaya hotel is situated in a slightly elevated position overlooking the beach bay of Madinat Coraya. The beautiful, intact house reef with corals that partially reach up to the shore offers ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. Access to the sea is approximately 150 m from the hotel. There is a jetty leading directly into the water at the hotel. Numerous shops, bars, and a beautiful promenade are located in the idyllic harbor town of Port Ghalib. The distance to Port Ghalib as well as to Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

This hotel complex was specially designed for a relaxing family vacation. The very elegant and spacious resort was built in a Moorish-Oriental style and features a total of 389 rooms, distributed across a main building and several two- and three-story residential buildings. The hotel features a stylish lobby with a reception area and seating, a main restaurant with a non-smoking zone, a hairdresser, several shops, a bar, and an amphitheater. In the extensive outdoor area, there is a generously laid out pool landscape with four swimming pools (three of which can be heated in winter) with a separate children's pool (heatable in winter), a hangout area, and a beach/pool bar, as well as a new food court on the beach with snacks, drinks, and desserts. Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's own beach and at the pools. The Coraya Aqua Park is within walking distance and is sure to delight children.

The spacious rooms (approx. 37 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, safe, satellite TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee maker, and a balcony or terrace with garden view. A large bottle of water per person is provided free of charge daily for all room types.
