Location

The Jaz Lamaya hotel is situated in a slightly elevated position above the beach bay of Madinat Coraya. The beautiful, intact house reef with corals, some of which extend to the shore, offers ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. The access to the sea is about 150 m away from the hotel. A jetty leads directly into the water at the hotel. Numerous shops, bars, and a beautiful promenade are located in the idyllic port town of Port Ghalib. The distance to Port Ghalib and to Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

Facilities

This hotel complex was specially designed for a relaxing family holiday. The very elegant and spacious resort was built in a Moorish-Oriental style and has a total of 389 rooms, spread across a main building and several two- and three-storey residential buildings. The hotel has a stylish lobby with a reception and seating areas, a main restaurant with a non-smoking area, a hairdresser, several shops, a bar, a disco, and an amphitheater. In the extensive outdoor area, there is a spacious pool landscape with four swimming pools (three of which can be heated in winter) with a separate children's pool (heated in winter), a hangout area, and a beach/pool bar, as well as a new food court on the beach with snacks, drinks, and desserts. Beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available free of charge on the hotel's own beach and by the pools. The Coraya Aquapark can be reached on foot and will make children's hearts beat faster.

Breakfast from 7 am to 10 am, late riser breakfast at the beach bar from 10:30 am to 11:30 am, lunch and dinner in buffet form. Various snacks, soft drinks, and ice cream available from midday at the beach/snack bar. Afternoon tea time with a selection of coffee, tea, and cakes.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks served in glasses as well as cocktails from 10 am to 12 am (all drinks in glasses, self-service).
