Location

The resort of the renowned Steigenberger chain is quietly located directly on the gently sloping, hotel-owned sandy beach with a unique house reef in Madinat Coraya.
Madinat Coraya Bay is a fantastic holiday destination offering ideal conditions for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The underwater world is home to countless rare fish species. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

Facilities

The spacious adults-only (bookable for ages 16 and up) hotel complex with a total of 364 elegant rooms features a warm and oriental ambiance. The facilities include a welcoming lobby with a reception, ensuring you feel comfortable from the first moment, as well as several shops, an amphitheater, and a Bedouin tent. For culinary variety, there is a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant ("Fayrouz" - Mediterranean cuisine), and various bars.
Furthermore, Madinat Coraya offers a Dine Around option: one visit to the Italian à la carte "Basilico Restaurant", the Asian "Rocca" restaurant, or the Oriental "Zaytoun" is included per stay for All Inclusive guests (reservation required).
The outdoor area features 3 pools (one of which is heated) and a pool/beach bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's private beach and by the pools.

Double Room Superior

The Superior Double Rooms (DSU) are approximately 30 sqm, brightly and friendly furnished, and feature a shower/WC (bathrobe and slippers included in the Pharao Club), hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee and tea making facilities, smoke detector, and a balcony or terrace with garden view.
Available at a surcharge also with pool view (DSP) or sea view (DMU).

Double Room Deluxe

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are slightly larger (approx. 34 sqm) and equipped with additional sofa beds.

Superior Double Room with Guaranteed Sea View on Upper Floors

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original Rooms (XO2) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and feature sea views. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the 2nd or 3rd floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also bookable for single occupancy (XO1).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (JS2) are approximately 42 sqm and feature a bath or shower/WC, a spacious bedroom, and a separate living area (separated by a door). The Junior Suites have pool or sea views.

All Inclusive (Pharao Club)

Breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, all served buffet-style. During the day, various snacks are available for in-between hunger.
Afternoon tea-time with a selection of coffee, tea, and cakes from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM and ice cream from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as fresh juice, are available from 10 AM to 12 AM. "Pharao Club" guests receive one dinner at an à la carte restaurant (in "Fayruz") per stay, reservation required. A fruit basket upon arrival. Additionally, a bottle of water daily (two bottles in family rooms) is included, as well as coffee and tea. Beach towels are changed daily, and the Health Club can be used free of charge.
The "Pharao Club" is included in the All Inclusive.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner. Men are asked to wear long trousers and no beach shoes. Women are asked not to wear tank tops.
Dine around in Madinat Coraya for a fee: "Zaytoun" = Oriental, "Rocca" = Asian, "Basilico" = Italian, and "Fayruz" = Mediterranean (subject to availability and with reservation).
