Travel information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Steigenberger Minerva and a beach holiday, including all transfers in between. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 12 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2. Day:
In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West
to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon voyage to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
3. Day:
In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Habu Temple (1,2,3).
Then continue to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and travel to Kom Ombo where you have free time at your disposal.
Continue to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
4. Day:
In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca trip on the Nile (1,2,3)
Then an opportunity for a camel ride (3) on the way to visiting a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).

The Nile cruise ship of the renowned Steigenberger hotel chain has a total of 77 outside cabins, which are distributed across different decks. The JAZ Lamaya Hotel is situated in a slightly elevated position overlooking the beach bay of Madinat Coraya. The beautiful intact house reef with corals, some of which reach up to the shore, offers ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. Access to the sea is approximately 150m from the hotel. A jetty leads directly from the hotel into the water. Numerous shops, bars, and a beautiful promenade are located in the idyllic harbor town of Port Ghalib. The distance to Port Ghalib as well as to Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

This hotel complex was specially designed for a relaxing family holiday. The very elegant and spacious resort was built in a Moorish-Oriental style and has a total of 389 rooms, distributed across a main building and several two- and three-story residential buildings. The hotel features a stylish lobby with a reception and seating areas, a main restaurant with a non-smoking zone, a hairdresser, several shops, a bar, and an amphitheater.
