Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Steigenberger Minerva and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West
to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Temple of Habu (1,2,3).
Then continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and sail to Kom Ombo where you will have free time.
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3)
Then an opportunity for a camel ride (3) on the way to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).

In the early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3). Breakfast box is included.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Then visit the Temple of Kom Ombo (1,2,3).
Then continue via Edfu and Esna to Luxor.
Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 7:
At 5 AM, optional balloon excursion (can be booked on site).

The Nile cruise ship, from the renowned Steigenberger hotel chain, has a total of 77 outside cabins spread across various decks. It also features a main restaurant, a 24-hour reception, a lounge bar, a hairdresser (on request), a souvenir shop, and a sun deck with a pool and bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Built in Moroccan style, the hotel, part of the renowned Jaz Hotel Group, is located directly on the long private sandy beach of the popular and idyllic Makadi Bay with a beautiful view of the coast. Hurghada Airport is approx. 30 km away. The hotel's own reef invites you to snorkel and dive in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. In the immediate vicinity is the Souk Makadi with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, inviting you for a stroll. The aqua park is approx. 3 km from the hotel.

Jaz Makadina is nestled in beautiful gardens and features 270 rooms spread across several small buildings within the complex. The hotel is also equipped with a welcoming reception, several shops, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), and various bars. Culinary diversity is provided not only by the show cooking in the hotel restaurant but also by the "Dine Around" concept at Souk Makadi.
In the beautifully and spaciously designed garden area, you'll find the pool landscape with two swimming pools (one heated in winter) and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar. Additionally, there are two outdoor jacuzzis (adults only) in the outdoor area.
Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

A large bottle of water is provided daily in the room (free of charge).

Family Suite Superior

The Family Suites (F2U) have the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms but are slightly more spacious (approx. 47 m²) and feature an additional seating/sleeping area separated by a curtain.
Also available with pool view (FUP) or sea-facing (FY2) for an extra charge.

Suite Superior

The Suite Superior rooms (SU2), with similar amenities to the Double Superior rooms, are more spacious (approx. 47 m²) and feature an additional seating/sleeping area separated by a curtain.
Also bookable as a Deluxe Double Room (DD2). In this room, the seating/sleeping area is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF) have the same amenities as the Family Superior rooms. The sleeping area for children is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.
Also available with pool view for an extra charge (FPD).

Junior Suite Side Sea View

The spacious (approx. 56 m²) and elegant Junior Suites (J2S) offer, with the same amenities as the Double Superior, a queen-size bed, a separate living area, and 2 TVs. The Junior Suites have 56 m². They offer a variety of wonderful views and are luxuriously furnished.
