Day 1:
Embarkation is on Thursdays.
Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West
to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Temple of Habu (1,2,3).
Then continue sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and sail to Kom Ombo, where you will have free time.
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile (1,2,3)
Then, opportunity for a camel ride (3) on the way to visit a Nubian village, with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3). Breakfast package is included.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Then, visit the Temple of Kom Ombo (1,2,3).
Then continue via Edfu and Esna to Luxor.
Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 7:
At 5 AM, optional balloon excursion (can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.

The Nile cruise ship of the renowned Steigenberger hotel chain has a total of 77 outside cabins spread across various decks. It also features a main restaurant, a 24-hour reception, a lounge bar, a hairdresser (on request), a souvenir shop, and a sun deck with a pool and bar. Beach towels are included on board.

The comfortably furnished cabins, approx. 19 sqm, have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, and minibar (for a fee), as well as a French balcony. Also available for single occupancy (KME).

Built in Moroccan style, the hotel, part of the renowned JAZ Hotel Group, is located directly on the long private sandy beach of the popular and idyllic Makadi Bay with beautiful views of the coast. Hurghada Airport is approximately 30 km away. The hotel's own reef invites you to snorkel and dive in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the Souk Makadi with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, perfect for strolling. The aquapark is about 3 km from the hotel.

Nestled in beautiful gardens, the JAZ Makadina features 270 rooms spread across several small buildings within the complex. The hotel is also equipped with a welcoming reception, several shops, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), and various bars. Culinary diversity is ensured not only by the show cooking in the hotel restaurant but also by the "Dine Around" concept of Souk Makadi.
The beautifully and spaciously designed garden area features a pool landscape with two swimming pools (one heated in winter) and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar. Additionally, there are two outdoor jacuzzis (adults only) in the outdoor area.
Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The friendly furnished Double Superior rooms (DSU) are approx. 38 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (replenished daily free of charge), minibar (for a fee), safe (included), balcony, or terrace. A large bottle of water is provided daily in the room (free of charge).
