Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The earliest possible boarding will always be taken.

Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.

A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning, continue sailing to Kom Ombo.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and refresh yourself with cool drinks from the three bars on board. A small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are also available. Starting from Winter 2024/25, the ship features a small fitness studio that is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on loungers or cool off in the pool while enjoying the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 sq m in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and French balcony. Also available for single occupancy (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sq m). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks. The Royal Suites also have a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suites

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sq m in size and otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sq m) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites, and may not have a French balcony and seating area, but rather a non-opening window.

Location

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a fantastic stretch of coast with a bay in front offering crystal-clear water, right on the beach. Coral reefs offshore invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The Schauinsland-Reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sub-areas: the "True Beach Resort," particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable for ages 16 and up. The complex has a total of 158 rooms spread across both sub-areas and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating indoors and outdoors (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is the rooftop bar "Sama Bar." The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a generous water landscape and offers a total of 4 main pools that run through the entire complex and also serve as the pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool with a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find the pool bar "Scarab Bar," the Oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a Chaise Lounge. Guests of the Village section also have access to the Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and the Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. On the beach, guests can also find the bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar." Furthermore, guests of the Village section can use the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. The complex also features the pool bar "Maya," a theater that offers various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. Guests of the Village section may use both areas, but not vice versa. Loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach.

With the same amenities as the 2SU, these rooms (W2Q) are located on the beach and offer access to the swim-up pool (heated) and direct sea views. Also available for single occupancy (W1Q).

Junior Suite Sea View (Adult Only)

The Junior Suites Sea View (J2M) are approx. 47 sq m, located on the first floor, and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked on arrival with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water, water replenished daily), kettle, espresso machine (4 capsules included) and safe, seating area, and balcony.
