The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. Furthermore, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner available. Starting from Winter 2024/25, the ship has a small fitness studio, which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on loungers or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Nile Cruise MS Nile Excellence & Excursion + Steigenberger Coraya Beach

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding date will always be taken.

When booking the MS Nile Excellence, the following excursions are automatically included: Valley of the Kings, Kom Ombo Temple, and a visit to the High Dam in Aswan.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
In the early morning at 3:30 am, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package is included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight stay and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, the ship sails on to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Then you have the opportunity to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Then the ship sails on to Luxor.
Once there, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

Departure.

The resort of the renowned Steigenberger chain is located in a quiet area, directly on the gently sloping, hotel-owned sandy beach with a unique house reef in Madinat Coraya.
Madinat Coraya Bay is a fantastic holiday destination that offers ideal conditions for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The underwater world is home to countless rare fish species. The distance to Port Ghalib and Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

Facilities

The spacious adults-only (bookable for ages 16 and up) hotel complex with a total of 364 elegant rooms features a warm and oriental ambiance. Facilities include an inviting lobby with a reception, so you'll feel at home from the moment you arrive, as well as several shops, an amphitheater, and a Bedouin tent. For culinary variety, there is a main restaurant, an à la carte restaurant ("Fayrouz" - Mediterranean cuisine), and various bars.
Furthermore, Madinat Coraya offers a dine-around experience: per stay, All Inclusive guests have one visit to the Italian à la carte "Basilico Restaurant", the Asian "Rocca" restaurant, or the oriental "Zaytoun" included (reservations required).

Breakfast from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, each as a buffet. During the day, there are various snacks for light hunger.
Afternoon tea time with a selection of coffee, tea, and cake from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM and ice cream from 10 AM to 5 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as fresh juice from 10 AM to midnight. "Pharao Club" guests receive one dinner in an à la carte restaurant per stay (in "Fayruz"), registration required. Fruit basket upon arrival.
