Product information

Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Thursday. Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
In the morning after breakfast, excursion to West Thebes to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then, visit to the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile (1,2,3).

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship has a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites spread across three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship has a main restaurant, a reception, a lounge bar, and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the opportunity to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided free of charge for guests.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Drinks are available at an extra charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 sq m and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 sq m).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle and upper decks.
Also available for single use (EEX).

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but larger (approx. 27 sq m). The beautiful balcony with a Nile view is approx. 3 sq m and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, middle deck, and upper deck.

Location

The sprawling resort is located directly on the hotel's own sand/pebble beach (bathing shoes recommended) and is only approx. 40 km from Marsa Alam airport.
Due to the gently sloping beach, you have the opportunity for a relaxing beach holiday. On the other hand, the long jetty leads directly into deeper water, from where you can discover the beautiful and impressive underwater world of the Red Sea. The beach offers the best conditions for snorkeling and diving.

The large, newly opened hotel complex consists of 514 rooms. The cozy and charmingly furnished complex has a reception, several shops, an amphitheater, various bars, two buffet restaurants ("El Khan" - oriental, "Soprano Restaurant" - international cuisine), an à la carte restaurant ("Shell Fish" - seafood, once per stay, with reservation), two snack restaurants and various bars, and a café, The Bakery.
In the extensive outdoor area, there are 12 swimming pools (three of which are heated in winter) and 3 children's pools (two of which can be heated in winter). The newly built Aqua Park with 32 water slides (11 for adults and 21 for children; partly heated in winter) offers fun for all ages.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions, and towels are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.
Guests of the "Pickalbatros Portofino Villaggio" can use all facilities of the sister hotel "Pickalbatros Portofino Vita" (RMF116).
