Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay prior to the cruise is mandatory. The next available embarkation is always selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven Days according to the program. The preliminary and subsequent stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
At 5 a.m., a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, only bookable locally).
Breakfast on board. Afterward, visit the West Bank with the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3), Memnon Colossus (1,2,3), and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Afterward, continue to Edfu.

Location

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. Designed in an Arabic boho style, the resort is located south of Marsa Alam and lies on a stunning stretch of coast with a bay in front featuring crystal-clear water, directly on the beach. Off-shore coral reefs invite you to snorkel (bathing shoes recommended). Marsa Alam airport is located approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

This Schauinsland-Reisen Original hotel was built in an elegant bohemian style paired with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two parts: the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444) as an adult-only area (for guests aged 16 and over). The complex features 158 rooms total, distributed across both areas, and offers a spacious reception area with a lobby bar ("True Lobby Bar") with indoor and outdoor seating. The resort area has two spacious pools as well as a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas for all ages with sun loungers and beanbags. A children's pool and a children's splash pool with various water features are located next to the kids' club and the adjacent playground with a sun sail. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style; in addition, the beachside fish restaurant "Ritsa" is included once per stay. The three à-la-carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (Asian fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the village area and are available for a fee (adults only, reservation required). Furthermore, the complex features a pool bar "Maya," a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available, for a fee), a theater that offers various evening entertainment programs, a beach bar, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The village area is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex, as well as an infinity pool that offers a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find a pool bar "Scarab Bar" as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Two additional bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS Bar" directly on the beach, are available in the village area. Guests of the village area are allowed to use both areas, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included at the pool and on the beach.
