Product information

Combined product of a Nile cruise on MS Magic I and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Embarkation is always on Thursday. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be taken.

Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
At 5 AM, a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, only bookable on-site).
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, visit the West Bank with the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3), the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3) and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Then, continue to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Breakfast on board. Then, continue to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, the Temple of Kom Ombo can be visited (1,2,3).
Continue sailing towards Aswan. Dinner on board.
Overnight in Aswan.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then, visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, enjoy a felucca ride on the Nile.
Then, there is an opportunity to visit a Nubian village (3).

In the early morning at 3:30 AM, there is an opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package is included.

Continue sailing to Esna.
Day 6:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Continue sailing to Luxor. Lunch on board. Dinner and overnight in Luxor.
Day 7:

Visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3).

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious dishes. Location

The extensive resort is located directly on the hotel's private sandy/pebble beach (bathing shoes recommended) and is only approx. 40 km from Marsa Alam Airport.
The gently sloping beach offers the possibility for a relaxing beach holiday. On the other hand, the long pier leads directly into deeper water, from where you can discover the beautiful and impressive underwater world of the Red Sea. The beach offers the best conditions for snorkeling and diving.

The large, newly opened hotel complex consists of 514 rooms. The comfortably and charmingly furnished complex has a reception, several shops, an amphitheater, various bars, two buffet restaurants ("El Khan" - Oriental, "Soprano Restaurant" - International cuisine), an à la carte restaurant ("Shell Fish" - seafood, once per stay, with reservation), two snack restaurants, and various bars and a café, The Bakery.
The extensive outdoor area features 12 swimming pools (three of which are heated in winter) and 3 children's pools (two of which can be heated in winter). The newly built Aqua Park with 32 water slides (11 for adults and 21 for children; partially heated in winter) offers fun for young and old.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, mattresses, and towels are provided free of charge by the pool and on the beach.
Guests of the "Pickalbatros Portofino Villaggio" can use all facilities of the sister hotel "Pickalbatros Portofino Vita" (RMF116).

The Beachfront Sea View rooms (BF2, approx. 42-45 sqm) are large and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (water included), kettle, air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), TV, and terrace or balcony. The Beachfront Sea View rooms are located directly on the beach with a view of the sea.

Superior Double Room

Deluxe Family Room Garden View

The modern rooms (2FS, approx. 70 sqm) consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bedroom with single beds and a sofa bed, and are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (water included), kettle, air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), TV, and balcony or terrace.

Royal Suite Swim Up Pool View

The Royal Suites (SWP) are approx. 105 sqm and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (water included), safe, kettle, telephone (for a fee), TV, and a terrace with direct access to the shared swim-up pool. The rooms have two bedrooms.
