Nilkombi MS Magic I + Jaz Elite Amara Resort

Package combining a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next available boarding will always be used.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
At 5 AM, a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, bookable on-site only).
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, visit the West Bank with the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3), the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3), and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Afterwards, proceed to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, proceed to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, the Temple of Kom Ombo can be visited (1,2,3).
Continue sailing towards Aswan. Dinner on board.
Overnight in Aswan.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, enjoy a felucca ride on the Nile.

The JAZ Amara Resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping stretch of beach in the prime beachfront of the popular Marsa Mares bay. The bay is particularly known for its sea turtle population and has a house reef perfect for snorkeling and diving. Your holiday destination is about 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam airport. Various shopping opportunities with bars and restaurants can be found at the port of Port Ghalib (approx. 5 kilometers away).

The stylishly constructed hotel complex features a total of 272 rooms and suites spread throughout the resort. These include various Superior and Deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort impresses with a very attractive, elegant design and has been generously conceived. The impressive reception area offers a direct sea view of the resort as well as the bay and includes a reception with various seating areas and a lobby bar. The outdoor area boasts a large pool landscape that winds through the complex. You will find seven different pools, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for guests in the pool area and on the private beach, and bath and beach towels are already provided in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex has a spacious gym on the first floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the pool landscape. Adjacent to this is the hotel's own Mivida Spa (for a fee). A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and various bars are at your disposal.

Double Room Superior

The brightly furnished Double Rooms Superior (DSU, approx. 51m²) feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually controlled air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, and a minibar. The rooms are equipped with either a king-size bed or two single beds. A tea and coffee station is also available in the room. The rooms have a terrace or a balcony. Also available with pool view (DSP), side sea view (DSS), and sea view (DMU). Also bookable for single occupancy.

Double Room Superior guaranteed sea view top floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Double Rooms Superior and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also available for single occupancy (MSE).

Double Room Premium Swim-up

The Double Rooms Premium Swim-up (DWP) are bookable as schauinsland-reisen Original rooms and have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, but with direct access to the sharing pool and sun loungers on the terrace. The rooms also feature the following exclusive amenities:
- Fruit basket upon arrival in the rooms
- VIP treatment upon arrival: coffee/tea maker in the room, additional 2 bathrobes, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolate, macarons, nuts, and assorted Arabic pastries.

Double Room Deluxe

The Double Deluxe rooms (DD2) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior but are larger (approx. 56m²) and are suitable for families due to their layout (one king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area). Available with side sea view (DDS), sea view (DM2), or as a swim-up room (DWU).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (2SU) are spacious (approx. 150m²) and feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually controlled air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. The Executive Suites also have a living/dining area. The suites have a large balcony with a private pool.
The rooms are located on the first floor.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) are 153m² in size and, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, feature a king-size bed and a dining area. Additionally, the rooms have a spacious terrace with access to a private pool (heated in winter) and direct sea views.

Double Room Superior Premium (RMFA45)

While otherwise equipped the same as the Double Rooms Superior, these are slightly more spacious (SPU/SPE).

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (7-10 PM) buffet-style. A late riser's breakfast is also available from 10:30 AM to 12 PM. Additionally, two à la carte restaurants are available (reservations required), which are included three times per stay/guest (except for Teppanyaki), but charged thereafter: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or teppanyaki. The "Bay View" à la carte restaurant offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine. Tea time is served from 12:30 PM to 5 PM. Various bars offer various refreshments and snacks during the day, such as "La Vista Pool Snack Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), "Splash Pool Bar", "Fantasia Lobby Bar", and "Bay View Beach Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
