Product information

Combination package of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Embarkation is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be taken.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 am, optional balloon excursion (can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late in the evening, sail to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continued journey from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will take place.
Lunch and dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Aswan Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then there is an opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Drive to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Continue to Esna and visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival Luxor. Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious meals. The offer is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Beach towels are included on board.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single use (K1 or KA1).

Saver Cabins

The saver cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small round window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same furnishings as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

Location

The beautiful resort of the renowned Three Corners hotel chain is located directly on the approximately 1 km long sandy beach with its own house reef. Enjoy the Egyptian sun on the fine sandy beach or experience the colorful underwater world of the Red Sea while snorkeling. A pier over 350 m long offers easy access to the sea and the pristine areas of the coral reef. About 2 km away is "Port Ghalib," a small harbor town with some shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as a harbor promenade for a stroll. Marsa Alam Airport is only about 10 km away.

Facilities

The Fayrouz Plaza Beach Resort complex consists of a large and friendly main building and several one- and two-story annex buildings with a total of 495 rooms. The main building houses the spacious lobby with reception. A selection of culinary specialties are offered by the main restaurant "Panorama" overlooking the pool, the Belgian à la carte restaurant "Chez Pascal" (for a fee), the Italian à la carte restaurant "Dolce Vita," and the oriental "Marhaba Restaurant" (reservation required), as well as various bars. The hotel's offerings are complemented by a bazaar, a pharmacy, and a hairdresser.
In the extensive garden area, there are two swimming pools (heated in winter), one of which has a separate children's pool. In the newly built part of the complex is the "Dolphin Pool" with the "Dolphin Bar." Beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's own beach and by the pools.

Premium Rooms

The tastefully furnished Premium rooms (PDZ) with twin beds or a king-size bed (approx. 28 m²) have a shower/WC, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, hairdryer, mini-fridge (contents for a fee), and balcony or terrace. The Premium rooms have garden, pool, or partial sea view.
Also available for single use (PEZ) at an additional charge.

Family Rooms

The family rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the Premium rooms and consist of one room (approx. 32 m²) which can be divided into two sleeping areas by a sliding door. Further amenities include air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, and mini-fridge (contents for a fee), as well as a bathroom with WC/shower. The rooms are on the ground floor in the main building and have garden or mountain view and a terrace.
(Also bookable as Family Room Garden View Type I (FGI) or Double Room Type B (DB) under RMFA05).

Premium Grand Double Room (RMFA05):

The Premium Grand Double Rooms (bookable from Winter 25) are approx. 32 m² and have a sliding door, so the room can be divided into two separate sleeping areas. Additionally, these rooms are located on the ground floor (GD2).
