Location

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-sections "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam and is situated on a dreamlike coastline with a bay in front with crystal-clear water in the first beach line. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two parts, the "True Beach Resort", which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable from 16 years of age. The complex has a total of 158 rooms spread across both areas and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating indoors and outdoors (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby, there is a rooftop bar "Sama Bar". The Village area of the resort (Adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex and are also the pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find the pool bar "Scarab Bar" as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Guests of the Village area also have access to a Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and an Asian restaurant "NORI", both located on the beach. On the beach, guests will also find the bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar". Furthermore, guests of the Village area can use the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a jacuzzi integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chillout areas with loungers and beanbags for adults and children. The complex also features the pool bar "Maya", a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. Guests of the Village area may use both areas, but not vice versa. Loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and sip cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. Starting in Winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on sun loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.
