Location

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-sections "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a dreamlike stretch of coastline with a bay in front with crystal-clear water, directly on the beach. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable from 16 years of age. The resort has a total of 158 rooms spread across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating areas both indoors and outdoors (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is a rooftop bar "Sama Bar." The village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex and are also the pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, the pool bar "Scarab Bar," the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge await you. Guests of the village area also have access to a Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and an Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. On the beach, guests can also find the bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar." Furthermore, guests of the village area can also use the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chillout areas with sun loungers and beanbags for all ages. The resort also features the pool bar "Maya," a theater that offers various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. Guests of the village area may use both sections, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Swim Up Seafront Suite (Adult Only)

With the same amenities as the 2SU, these (W2Q) are located on the beach and have access to the swim-up pool (heated) and direct sea view. Also bookable for single occupancy (W1Q).

Junior Suite Sea View (Adult Only)

The Jacuzzi Rooftop rooms (SRT, approx. 87 sqm) are located on the first floor and offer a terrace with an outdoor jacuzzi (heated) and side sea view. Main restaurant "El Manzil" buffet style in the resort area for breakfast (7-10 am, times may vary depending on season), late riser breakfast (10-11 am, times may vary depending on season), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm, times may vary depending on season), and dinner (6:30-9:30 pm winter season, 7-10 pm summer season). Alternatively, guests can also enjoy an à la carte breakfast daily in the village area (adults only) at the Greek restaurant. Snacks are offered from 10:30 am to 5 pm in the outdoor area. Tea time from 3-4 pm with cake and pastries in the lobby bar. When booking the MS Nile Excellence, the following excursions are automatically included: Valley of the Kings, Kom Ombo Temple, and the visit to the High Dam in Aswan. The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins distributed over several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Let yourself be indulged culinarily in the main restaurant and enjoy the cool drinks served by the three bars on board. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on sun loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Meals

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks. In the Royal Suites, the French balcony also includes a small table and two chairs.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped like the suites, but with only one single bed without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise identical amenities to the suites and may be without a French balcony and seating area, but with a non-opening window.
