In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

Day 3:
In the morning, continue sailing to Kom Ombo.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and sip cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the Suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.

Single Suite

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped the same as the Suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise the same amenities as the Suites, and may lack a French balcony and seating area, instead having a non-opening window.

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arab Boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a fantastic stretch of coastline with a bay in front featuring crystal-clear water, directly on the beach. Offshore coral reefs invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arab accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two parts: the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable for ages 16 and up. The complex has a total of 158 rooms distributed across both areas and features a spacious lobby with a reception and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating indoors and outdoors (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby, there is a rooftop bar "Sama Bar." The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex and also serve as swim-up room pools, plus an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find the pool bar "Scarab Bar," the Oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a Chaise Lounge. Guests of the Village area also have access to the Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and an Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. Bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar" are also available on the beach. Furthermore, guests of the Village area can use the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. Additionally, the complex features the pool bar "Maya," a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area.
