Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always in the most favourable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outward flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

The travel offer you have selected lasts for 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.

In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and the three bars on board serving cool drinks. There is also a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The cheerfully furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise have the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites and may have a non-opening window instead of a French balcony and seating area.

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic Boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a beautiful stretch of coastline with a bay in front offering crystal-clear water, directly on the beachfront. Coral reefs offshore invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable for ages 16 and up. The resort has a total of 158 rooms distributed across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating indoors and outdoors (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is the "Sama Bar" rooftop bar. The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex and also serve as swim-up room pools, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you'll find the "Scarab Bar" pool bar, the Oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge. Guests of the Village section also have access to the Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and the Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. Bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar" await guests on the beach. Additionally, guests of the Village section can use the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the seafood restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The Resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. The resort also features the "Maya" pool bar, a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. Guests of the Village section may use both areas, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included at the pool and on the beach.
