Location

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-sections "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam and is situated on a dreamlike stretch of coastline with a bay in front of it with crystal-clear water directly on the beach. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling (bathing shoes recommended). Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sub-sections, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444), an adult-only area for guests aged 16 and over. The complex has a total of 158 rooms, distributed across both sub-sections, and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating both indoors and outdoors. The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a children's splash pool with various water features are located next to the kids' club and the adjacent playground with a sunshade. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet-style; additionally, the beachfront fish restaurant "Ritsa" is included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (Asian fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (adults only, reservation required). Furthermore, the complex has a pool bar "Maya," a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available for a fee), a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, a beach bar, and various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The Village area is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex, as well as an infinity pool with a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find a pool bar "Scarab Bar" as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge. Two more bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS" Bar, are directly on the beach in the Village area. Guests of the Village area can use both sub-sections, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.
