The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Starting winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning, continue sailing to Kom Ombo.

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, fully renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam and is situated on a fantastic stretch of coastline with a bay in front featuring crystal-clear water, directly on the beach. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling (swimming shoes recommended). Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

The Schauinsland-Reisen original hotel was built in an elegant bohemian style combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444), an adult-only area for guests aged 16 and over. The resort has a total of 158 rooms spread across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating inside and outside. The resort area features two large pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with sun loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a children's splash pool with various water features are located next to the mini club and the adjacent playground with a sunshade. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Additionally, the beachfront seafood restaurant "Ritsa" is included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (Asian fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (adults only, reservation required). Furthermore, the complex has a pool bar "Maya," a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (shisha available for a fee), a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, a beach bar, and several shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The Village area is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex, as well as an infinity pool with a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, a pool bar "Scarab Bar," the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge await you. Two more bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS" Bar, are located directly on the beach in the Village area. Guests of the Village area can use both sections, but not vice versa.
