Lage

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), first opened its doors in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arab bohemia style, is located south of Marsa Alam and is situated on a dreamlike coastal stretch with a bay in front featuring crystal-clear water, directly on the beach. Submerged coral reefs invite snorkeling (swimming shoes recommended). Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 90 kilometers from the hotel.

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style, combined with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star resort consists of two sections, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" (bookable under RMF444) as an Adult-Only area, which can be booked from the age of 16. The resort has a total of 158 rooms distributed across both sections and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating both indoors and outdoors. The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (one of which is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. A children's pool and a splash pool with various water features are located next to the mini club and the adjacent playground with a sunshade. The main restaurant "El Manzil" offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet style. Additionally, the beachfront fish restaurant "Ritsa" is included once per stay. The three à la carte restaurants "El Tawla" (oriental), "NORI" (Asian fusion), and "ILIOS" (Greek) are located in the Village area and are available for a fee (Adults only, reservation required). Furthermore, the resort has a pool bar "Maya," a rooftop bar "Sama Bar" (Shisha available, for a fee), a theater that offers various entertainment programs in the evening, a beach bar, and various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. The Village area is surrounded by a generous water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire complex, as well as an infinity pool with a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, you will find a pool bar "Scarab Bar," the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge. Two further bars, "Salt Bar" and "ILIOS" Bar, are located directly on the beach in the Village area. Guests of the Village area can use both sections, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Superior Seafront

The Double Superior Seafront Rooms (RF2) have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, minibar (filled on arrival with 4 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of water, water is refilled daily), kettle and safe, seating area and terrace or balcony, and are approx. 47 sqm. The rooms are located in the buildings on the beach and have pool and side sea views.

Main restaurant "El Manzil" buffet style in the resort area for breakfast (7-10 a.m., times may vary depending on season), late riser breakfast (10-11 a.m., times may vary depending on season), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m., times may vary depending on season) and dinner (6:30-9:30 p.m. winter season, 7-10 p.m. summer season). In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

Day 3:
Morning sailing to Kom Ombo.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and has a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and enjoy cool drinks served by the three bars on board. A small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are also available. As of Winter 2024/25, the ship has a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites, but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.

Single Suite

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only one single bed without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise identical amenities to the suites, and may be without a French balcony and seating area, but with a non-opening window.
