Combination package of a Nile cruise on the MS Kleos and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outward flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and then the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then, visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then, visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the early morning at 3:30 am, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast pack included.
Then back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. The ship then continues to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. Afterwards, you have the option to visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Then the ship continues to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and the Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked locally).
Day 8:
Departure.

The MS Kleos has a total of 67 cabins spread across three decks. On the middle deck, you will find an impressive and spacious reception area with seating and a small bazaar. The main restaurant on the Nile Deck offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style. Two bars provide refreshing drinks, one on the third deck (Lounge Bar) and the other on the sun deck. The sun deck also offers plenty of loungers for relaxation and a spacious pool with two integrated whirlpools.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner as a buffet. Drinks at extra charge.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with belly dancers, Galabeya parties, folklore shows, and a nightly disco.

Cabin

The tastefully furnished cabins (17 m²) have a bathroom with bathtub/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning, minibar, and safe. All cabins also feature floor-to-ceiling windows and a French balcony.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same furnishings as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 11m²) and with only one bed.

Booking note: Please note that for an outward or return flight to/from Hurghada or Marsa Alam, at least one overnight stay in the hotel is required before or after the Nile cruise.

The Jaz Amara resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping beach section in the front row of the popular Marsa Mares bay. The bay is particularly known for its sea turtle population and has a house reef perfect for snorkeling and diving. Your holiday destination is about 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam Airport. Various shopping facilities with bars and restaurants can be found at the harbor of Port Ghalib (about 5 kilometers away).

The stylishly built hotel complex features a total of 272 rooms and suites distributed throughout the resort. These include various Superior and Deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort impresses with a very appealing, elegant design and a generously conceived layout. The impressive reception area offers a direct sea view of the resort and the bay, and features a reception with various seating areas as well as a lobby bar. The outdoor area boasts a large pool landscape that winds through the complex. There are seven different pools, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a Jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge in the pool area as well as on the private beach section; bath and beach towels are already provided in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex features a spacious fitness studio on the first floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the pool landscape. Directly adjacent is the hotel's Mivida Spa (for a fee). A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and various bars are at your disposal.

Superior Double Room

The friendly furnished Superior Double Rooms (DSU, approx. 51m²) feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, and a minibar. The rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two single beds. A tea and coffee station is also available in the room. The rooms have a terrace or a balcony. Also bookable with pool view (DSP), side sea view (DSS), and sea view (DMU). Also bookable for single occupancy.

Superior Double Room with Guaranteed Sea View from Top Floor

The newly bookable Schauinsland-Reisen Original Rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and offer sea views. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea. Also bookable for single occupancy (MSE).

Premium Swim-up Double Room

The Premium Swim-up Double Rooms (DWP) are bookable as Schauinsland-Reisen Original Rooms and feature the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with direct access to the shared pool and sun loungers on the terrace. The rooms also offer the following exclusive amenities:
- Fruit basket upon arrival in the rooms
- VIP treatment upon arrival: coffee/tea maker in the room, plus 2 bathrobes and slippers, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolate, macarons, nuts, and assorted Arabic pastries.
- Use of the à la carte restaurants is included once more (Teppanyaki restaurant is excluded; in all other rooms, the à la carte restaurants are included only once).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (approx. 56m²) and suitable for families due to their configuration (one king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area). Optionally bookable with side sea view (DDS), sea view (DM2), or as swim-up (DWU).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (2SU) are spacious (approx. 150m²) and feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. The Executive Suites also have a living/dining area. The suites have a large balcony with a private pool. The rooms are located on the first floor.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) are 153m² and, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, feature a king-size bed and a dining area. Additionally, the rooms have a generous terrace with access to a private pool (heated in winter) and direct sea views.

Superior Premium Double Room (RMFA45)

With otherwise identical amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, these are slightly more spacious (SPU/SPE).

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (7-10 pm) in buffet style. A late riser breakfast is also available from 10:30 am to 12 pm. Additionally, two à la carte restaurants are available to guests (reservations required), which are included once per stay/guest (except Teppanyaki), but then at a charge: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or teppanyaki. The à la carte restaurant "Bay View" offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine. Tea time is served from 12:30 pm to 5 pm. Various bars offer refreshments and snacks throughout the day, such as "La Vista Pool Snack Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), "Splash Pool Bar", "Fantasia Lobby Bar", and "Bay View Beach Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner.
Gentlemen must wear long trousers and appropriate footwear; no tank tops or shorts of any length.
While shorts are acceptable for ladies for dinner, hot pants and very short shorts are not.
