The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins distributed across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious meals. Saver Cabins

The saver cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 sqm) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The Jaz Amara resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping beach in the first row of the popular bay of Marsa Mares. The bay is particularly known for its turtle population and has a house reef ideal for snorkeling and diving. Your holiday destination is about 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam airport. Various shopping facilities with bars and restaurants can be found at the port of Port Ghalib (approximately 5 kilometers away).

The stylishly designed hotel complex features a total of 272 rooms and suites spread throughout the property, including various Superior and Deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort impresses with a very appealing, elegant design and has been conceived very generously. The impressive entrance area offers a direct sea view of the resort and the bay and features a reception with various seating areas and a lobby bar. The outdoor area boasts a large pool landscape that winds through the complex. There are seven different pools, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a Jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge in the pool area and on the private beach section; bath and beach towels are already in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex has a spacious fitness studio on the first floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the pool landscape. Directly adjacent is the hotel's own Mivida Spa (for a fee). A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and various bars are available.

Superior Double Room

The brightly decorated Superior Double Rooms (DSU, approx. 51m²) feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, and a minibar. The rooms are equipped with either a king-size bed or two single beds. A tea and coffee station is also available in the room. The rooms have a terrace or a balcony. Also available with pool view (DSP), side sea view (DSS), and sea view (DMU). Also available for single use.

Superior Double Room guaranteed top floor sea view

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen Original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also available for single use (MSE).

Premium Swim-up Double Room

The Premium Swim-up Double Rooms (DWP) are bookable as schauinsland-reisen Original rooms and have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with direct access to the shared pool and sun loungers on the terrace. The rooms also offer the following exclusive amenities:
- Fruit basket upon arrival in the rooms
- VIP treatment upon arrival: coffee/tea maker in the room, plus 2 bathrobes and slippers, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolate, macarons, nuts, and assorted Arabic pastries.
- Use of the à la carte restaurants is included once more (Teppanyaki restaurant is excluded; in all other rooms, the à la carte restaurants are included only once).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (approx. 56 sqm) and suitable for families due to their amenities (one king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area). Also available with side sea view (DDS), sea view (DM2), or as swim-up (DWU).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (2SU) are spacious (approx. 150 sqm) and feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. The Executive Suites also have a living/dining area. The suites have a large balcony with a private pool.
The rooms are located on the first floor.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) are 153 sqm and, with the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, feature a king-size bed and a dining area. The rooms also have a spacious terrace with access to a private pool (heated in winter) and direct sea view.

Superior Premium Double Room (RMFA45)

With otherwise the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these are slightly more spacious (SPU/SPE).

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (7-10 am), lunch (12:30-2:30 pm), and dinner (7-10 pm) in buffet style. A late riser's breakfast is also available from 10:30 am to 12 pm. Additionally, two à la carte restaurants are available to guests (reservations required), included once per stay/guest (excluding Teppanyaki), but then for a fee: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or teppanyaki. The "Bay View" à la carte restaurant offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine. A tea time is offered from 12:30 pm to 5 pm. Various bars offer various refreshments and snacks during the day, such as "La Vista Pool Snack Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), "Splash Pool Bar", "Fantasia Lobby Bar", and "Bay View Beach Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
Smart casual dress is required for dinner.
