MS Nile Excellence including Excursion

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor refreshing drinks from the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. From winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small gym, accessible free of charge to all guests on board. Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 AM (optional, bookable locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to Hatshepsut's Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then, visit Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile (1,2,3).
Afterwards, visit a Nubian village (3).

Day 5:
Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.

Day 7:

JAZ Elite Amara Resort

Location

The JAZ Amara Resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping stretch of beach in the prime beachfront location of the popular Marsa Mares bay. The bay is particularly known for its turtle population and has a house reef perfect for snorkeling and diving. Your holiday destination is approximately 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam Airport. Various shopping opportunities with bars and restaurants can be found in the harbor of Port Ghalib (about 5 kilometers away).

Facilities

The stylishly constructed hotel complex has a total of 272 rooms and suites spread throughout the property. This includes various Superior and Deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort impresses with a very appealing, elegant design and was conceived with great generosity. The impressive reception area offers a direct sea view of the resort and the bay and features a reception with various seating areas as well as a lobby bar. The outdoor area boasts a large pool landscape that winds through the complex. There are seven different pools, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a Jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge to guests in the pool area and on the private beach section; bath and beach towels are already in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex has a spacious fitness studio on the first floor with a panoramic view of the bay and the pool landscape. Adjacent to it is the hotel's own Mivida Spa (for a fee). A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and various bars are available.

Superior Double Room

The pleasantly furnished Superior Double Rooms (DSU, approx. 51sqm) feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, and a minibar. The rooms are equipped with a king-size bed or two single beds. There is also a tea and coffee station in the room. The rooms have a terrace or balcony. Also bookable with pool view (DSP), side sea view (DSS), and sea view (DMU). Also bookable for single occupancy.

Superior Double Room Guaranteed Top Floor Sea View

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and offer sea views. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.

Premium Swim-up Double Room

The Premium Swim-up Double Rooms (DWP) are bookable as schauinsland-reisen original rooms and feature the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but with direct access to the shared pool and sun loungers on the terrace. The rooms also offer the following exclusive amenities:
- Fruit basket upon arrival in the room
- VIP treatment upon arrival: coffee/tea maker in the room, two additional bathrobes, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolate, macarons, nuts, and assorted Arabic pastries.
- Use of the à la carte restaurants is included once more (Teppanyaki restaurant excluded; in all other rooms, à la carte restaurants are included only once).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2) are larger than the Superior Double Rooms (approx. 56sqm) with the same amenities and are suitable for families due to their features (one king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area). Executive Suite

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (7-10 PM) buffet style. A late riser's breakfast is also available from 10:30 AM to 12 PM. Additionally, two à la carte restaurants are available to guests (reservations required), which are included three times per stay/guest (except Teppanyaki), but charged thereafter: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or Teppanyaki. The à la carte restaurant "Bay View" offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine. Tea time is served from 12:30 PM to 5 PM.
