Combined product featuring a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 10 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always provided for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
A balloon ride is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, can be booked on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon departure for Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
3rd Day:
Morning cruise to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Departure for Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
4th Day:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

7th Day:

Amenities

The MS Nile Excellence features a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins distributed across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a front desk. Indulge in culinary delights in the main restaurant and enjoy cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are available. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small gym that is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) feature the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² in size and otherwise have the same amenities as the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) have the same amenities as the suites but are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) and may be without a French balcony and without a seating area, instead featuring a non-opening window.

The JAZ Amara Resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping beach section in the first row of the popular bay of Marsa Mares. The bay is particularly known for its sea turtle population and features a house reef that invites you to snorkel and dive. Your holiday domicile is located approximately 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam Airport. Various shopping opportunities with bars and restaurants can be found at the port of Port Ghalib (about 5 kilometers away).

Amenities

The stylishly built hotel complex has a total of 272 rooms and suites distributed throughout the grounds. These include various Superior and Deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort surprises with a very appealing, noble design and was conceived very generously. The impressive reception area offers a direct sea view of the resort and the bay and features a reception desk with various seating areas as well as a lobby bar. The outdoor area features a large pool landscape that runs through the complex. Seven different pools await you, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a Jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). The Superior swim-up double rooms (DWP) feature the same amenities as the Superior double rooms, but with direct access to the sharing pool and sun loungers on the terrace. The rooms also feature the following exclusive amenities at schauinsland-reisen:

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (07-10 a.m.), lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.), and dinner (7-10 p.m.) in buffet form. In addition, a late-riser breakfast is available from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Guests also have access to two à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required), which are included three times per stay/guest (except Teppanyaki), but are for a fee thereafter: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes such as sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or Teppanyaki. The à-la-carte restaurant "Bay View" offers Mediterranean fine-dining cuisine.
