Route description:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional balloon excursion (can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit the West Bank. In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening sailing to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continue sailing from Esna.
Then, continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will take place.

Promo Cabins

The promo cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 sqm) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

The Jaz Amara resort, newly opened in December 2023, is located on a beautiful, gently sloping beach section in the first row of the popular Marsa Mares bay. The bay is particularly known for its turtle population and has a house reef perfect for snorkeling and diving. Your holiday destination is about 8 kilometers from Marsa Alam Airport. Various shops with bars and restaurants can be found at Port Ghalib harbor (approx. 5 kilometers away).

The stylishly built hotel complex has a total of 272 rooms and suites spread throughout the resort. These include various Superior and Deluxe rooms, suites, and swim-up rooms. Your holiday resort impresses with a very appealing, elegant design and a generously conceived layout. The impressive lobby offers direct sea views of the resort and the bay, and features a reception area with various seating options and a lobby bar. The outdoor area boasts a large pool landscape that winds through the resort. There are seven different pools, including a children's pool, a baby pool, and a jacuzzi (partially heated in winter). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge in the pool area and at the private beach section; bath and beach towels are already provided in the rooms. Furthermore, the complex features a spacious gym on the first floor with panoramic views of the bay and the pool landscape. Adjacent to it is the hotel's own Mivida Spa (for a fee). A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and various bars are at your disposal.

The brightly furnished Double Rooms Superior (DSU, approx. 51m²) have a walk-in shower/WC, individually controlled air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, and a minibar. The rooms are equipped with either a king-size bed or two twin beds. There is also a tea and coffee station in the room. The rooms have a terrace or balcony. Also available with pool view (DSP), side sea view (DSS), and sea view (DMU). Also available for single occupancy.

Double Room Superior with guaranteed top-floor sea view

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen-Original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Double Rooms Superior and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also available for single occupancy (MSE).

Double Room Premium Swim-up

The Double Rooms Premium Swim-up (DWP) are bookable as schauinsland-reisen-Original rooms and have the same features as the Double Rooms Superior, but with direct access to the shared pool and sun loungers on the terrace. The rooms also offer the following exclusive amenities:
- Fruit basket upon arrival in the rooms
- VIP treatment upon arrival: coffee/tea maker in the room, plus 2 bathrobes and slippers, various snacks such as apples, berries, chocolate, macarons, nuts, and assorted Arabic pastries.
- Use of the à la carte restaurants is included once more (Teppanyaki restaurant excluded; in all other rooms, the à la carte restaurants are included only once).

Double Room Deluxe

The Double Deluxe rooms (DD2) are larger than the Double Rooms Superior (approx. 56m²) with the same amenities and are suitable for families due to their layout (one king-size bed and two sofa beds in the front area). Available with a side sea view (DDS), sea view (DM2), or as a swim-up (DWU).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites (2SU) are spacious (approx. 150m²) and feature a walk-in shower/WC, individually controlled air conditioning, minibar and telephone (each for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), LED TV, a minibar, and a coffee/tea maker. The Executive Suites also include a living/dining area. The suites have a large balcony with a private pool.
The rooms are located on the first floor.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) are 153m² and, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, feature a king-size bed and a dining area. The rooms also have a spacious terrace with access to a private pool (heated in winter) and direct sea views.

Double Room Superior Premium (RMFA45)

While otherwise equipped the same as the Double Rooms Superior, these are slightly more spacious (SPU/SPE).

The main restaurant "Marasi Restaurant" offers international cuisine for breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12:30-2:30 PM), and dinner (7-10 PM) in buffet style. A late riser's breakfast is also available from 10:30 AM to 12 PM. Additionally, guests can enjoy two à la carte restaurants (reservations required), included once per stay/guest (except Teppanyaki), after which they are available for a fee: "Tao Tao" restaurant with a selection of Asian dishes including sushi, sashimi, Japanese dishes, or Teppanyaki. The "Bay View" à la carte restaurant offers Mediterranean fine dining cuisine. Afternoon tea is served from 12:30 PM to 5 PM. Various bars offer refreshments and snacks throughout the day, such as "La Vista Pool Snack Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks), "Splash Pool Bar", "Fantasia Lobby Bar", and "Bay View Beach Bar" (snacks and local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks).
