Combination package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all inter-transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always in the most affordable available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the flight must arrive in Luxor. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise second, the return flight must be from Luxor.

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 12 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on-site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, the Karnak Temple, and the Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Continue from Esna.
Afterwards, proceed to Aswan, where the overnight stay takes place.

Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).

Afterwards, opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins, spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious dishes for your culinary enjoyment. The offer is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Economy cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Cabin single occupancy

Steigenberger Resort Alaya

Location

The 5-star luxury hotel complex is located in the heart of the beautiful Madinat Coraya. Entrance to the sea is possible via a jetty. From here, the picturesque underwater world of Madinat Coraya can be discovered. The resort also has its own sandy beach section and is only approx. 5 km away from Marsa Alam airport.

Facilities

The beautiful adults-only complex (bookable from 16 years) has 290 elegantly furnished rooms and suites. The spacious reception area offers guests a reception and a lobby bar with seating. The hotel has a souvenir shop and a hairdresser. The main restaurant and four à-la-carte restaurants ("Basilico"-Italian, "Rocca"-Asian, "Zaytoun"-Oriental, "Mashawi"-Seafood) spoil guests with delicious dishes. In the various bars, you will receive a wide selection of drinks.
In the outdoor area of the complex, there are five spacious pools (partly heated in winter) and inviting sun terraces.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The Royal Suites (RSM) are luxuriously equipped and have the same equipment elements as the double rooms. The Royal Suite is approx. 160 m² in size and is additionally equipped with 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, Jacuzzi, living area, sleeping area, and a terrace with a private pool.

Double Room Superior

The comfortably furnished Double Superior (DSU) rooms are 40 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, LED TV, safe, telephone (for a fee), balcony, and garden view.
For an additional charge, also bookable with pool view (DSP), side sea view (D2S), or sea view (DMU) as well as for single occupancy (DEU/ESP/1SD/UME).

Double Superior Swim Up

The Double Superior Swim Up (DWP) rooms have the same equipment as the Double Superior rooms but are slightly more spacious (approx. 50 m²) and have their own direct pool access from the terrace.

Double Room Deluxe Swim-Up

The Double Deluxe Swim Up (DWU) rooms are bookable as "schauinsland-original" rooms. The rooms have the same equipment as the Double Superior rooms, are more spacious (approx. 70 m²), and feature their own access to a sharing pool.
