The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. From Winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

In the early morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.

Day 7:

The ship then sails on to Luxor.
Once there, you will have the opportunity to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

The JAZ Lamaya hotel is located in a slightly elevated position above the beach bay of Madinat Coraya. The beautiful, intact house reef with corals that partially extend to the shore offers ideal conditions for snorkeling and diving. The access to the sea is about 150 meters from the hotel. A jetty leads directly into the water at the hotel. Numerous shops, bars, and a beautiful promenade are located in the idyllic harbor town of Port Ghalib. The distance to Port Ghalib and to Marsa Alam Airport is approximately 8 km.

Facilities

This hotel complex was specifically designed for a relaxing family holiday. The very elegant and spacious resort was built in a Moorish-Oriental style and has a total of 389 rooms, spread across a main building and several two- and three-story residential buildings. The hotel has a stylish lobby with a reception and seating areas, a main restaurant with a non-smoking area, a hairdresser, several shops, a bar, and an amphitheater. In the extensive outdoor area, there is a generously designed pool landscape with four swimming pools (three of which are heated in winter), a separate children's pool (heated in winter), a hangout area, and a beach/pool bar, as well as a new food court on the beach with snacks, drinks, and desserts. Beach towels, loungers, and sun umbrellas are available free of charge at the hotel's private beach and by the pools. The Coraya Aquapark is within walking distance and will make children's hearts beat faster.
