Built in Moroccan style, the hotel belonging to the renowned Jaz Hotel group is located directly on the long, private sandy beach of the popular and idyllic Makadi Bay, with a beautiful view of the coast. Hurghada Airport is approximately 30 km away. The hotel's own reef invites you to snorkel and dive in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you will find the Souk Makadi with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, perfect for strolling. The aqua park is about 3 km from the hotel.

Jaz Makadina is nestled in a beautiful garden landscape and features 270 rooms spread across several small buildings within the complex. The hotel is also equipped with a welcoming reception, several shops, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), and various bars. Culinary variety is provided not only by the show cooking in the hotel restaurant but also by the "Dine Around" concept at Souk Makadi.
In the beautifully and spaciously designed garden area, you will find the pool landscape with two swimming pools (one heated in winter) and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar. Additionally, there are two outdoor jacuzzis (adults only) in the outdoor area.
Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The cheerfully furnished Double Superior rooms (DSU) are approx. 38 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily free refill), minibar (for a fee), safe (included), balcony or terrace. Daily a large bottle of water in the room (free of charge).
Also bookable with pool view (DSP), side sea view (D2S), sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (DEU/ESP/1SD/UME).
For single occupancy, type B (DEB) is also available at a special price and limited quota.

Family Suite Superior

The Family Suites (F2U) have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are slightly more spacious (approx. 47 sqm). The sleeping area is visually separated by a curtain.
Also bookable at an additional charge with pool view (FUP) or sea-facing (FY2).

Suite Superior

The Suite Superior (SU2) rooms have similar amenities to the Double Superior rooms, are more spacious (approx. 47 sqm), and feature an additional sitting/sleeping area separated from the rest of the room by a curtain.
Also bookable as Double Room Deluxe (DD2). In this room, the sitting/sleeping area is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

The Family Rooms Deluxe (2DF) have the same amenities as the Family Rooms Superior. The children's sleeping area is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

Junior Suite Side Sea View

The spacious (approx. 56 sqm) and elegantly furnished Junior Suites (J2S) offer, with the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms, a queen-size bed, a separate living area, and 2 televisions. The Junior Suites are 56 sqm. They offer a variety of lovely views and are luxuriously furnished.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, can be booked on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Edfu. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Continue sailing to Kom Ombo in the morning.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins distributed across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks served by the three bars on board. A small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are also available. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on loungers or cool off in the pool and enjoy the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.

Single Suites

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only a single bed without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The Economy Suites (S2Z) are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise identical amenities as the suites, and may have a non-opening window instead of a French balcony and without a seating area.
