Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the outbound flight must be to Luxor. If the hotel is booked first followed by the Nile cruise, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 12 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

1st Day:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
Sightseeing of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m., excursion by balloon (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, sightseeing of the East Bank, the Karnak and the Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
3rd Day:
Sightseeing of the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
4th Day:
Continue journey from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay also takes place.

5th Day:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins, which are distributed over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals for your well-being. The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and feature a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.

Economy cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and feature a small porthole.

Cabin for single occupancy

Spend the most beautiful time of the year in the beautiful grounds of the Albatros Palace Resort. This very spacious holiday resort is located directly on the hotel's own sandy beach with a house reef. Here you can experience the beauty of the Red Sea while diving and snorkeling. The center of Hurghada is about 18 km away, and the airport is approx. 11 km away.

Facilities

Organize your holiday day with numerous activities, then relax in the wellness area and enjoy international delicacies in the various restaurants. The appealing high-end hotel consists of a main building and several side buildings, in which the total of 621 rooms are distributed. The hotel offers a reception with a spacious lobby in the luxurious entrance area, a hairdresser/beauty salon (for a fee), a shopping arcade, and an ATM. Six restaurants, including those with Asian and Italian cuisine, various bars, cafes, as well as an oriental pub, delight the palate.
