Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. If the Nile cruise is booked first, the flight to Luxor must take place. If the hotel is booked first and the Nile cruise afterwards, the return flight must be from Luxor.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
2nd Day:
At 5 a.m., a balloon ride is possible (optional, bookable on site).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon cruise to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
3rd Day:
Morning cruise to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Cruise to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
4th Day:
Morning after breakfast visit to the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).

Facilities

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread over several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Let yourself be pampered with culinary delights in the main restaurant and enjoy the cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Furthermore, a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are at your disposal. From winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness center that is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your holiday perfect, you can relax on the sun loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 m² in size and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.
Also bookable for single use (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same facilities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 m²). The Royal Suites are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the balcony.

Single Suites

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 m² in size and otherwise equipped the same as the suites, but with only one single bed without a seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are slightly smaller (approx. 21 m²) with otherwise the same facilities as the suites, possibly without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

The Mövenpick Resort & Spa is located in the heart of El Gouna, idyllically situated on one of the numerous peninsulas with its own exclusive beach, nestled between the Red Sea and a picturesque lagoon. The charming city center of El Gouna, which offers a wealth of restaurants and shops, is about 1.5 km away. The picturesque Abu Tig Marina, an exclusive yacht harbor with a variety of restaurants and shopping opportunities, is reached after approx. 3.5 km. The resort is located about 27 km north of the center of Hurghada and approx. 40 km from Hurghada airport.

Facilities

The spacious hotel complex in Mediterranean style comprises a total of 420 rooms, which are harmoniously distributed among seven different buildings. The particularly spacious and elegantly furnished lobby welcomes guests with a stylish reception and comfortable seating; safes are available there free of charge. The double rooms Deluxe Lagoon View (D2L) have the same facilities as the double rooms, with a view of the lagoon or side sea view and feature a balcony or terrace.

Family room

The family rooms (DF2) have the same facilities as double rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 50 m²) and additionally feature an open sleeping area (maisonette) as well as a balcony with a view of the lagoon or the pool.
