Location

Spend a wonderful holiday directly on the beach at the popular Beach Albatros Resort from the renowned Pickalbatros hotel chain. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Red Sea and be enchanted. The resort is located directly on the fine-grained sandy beach and is considered particularly family-friendly. Hurghada center is about 17 km away, and the airport is about 11 km away.

Facilities

Bright, modern hotel lobby with chandelier, seating areas, and large window view.
This particularly family-friendly resort has 678 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalows. Upper floors can be comfortably reached by the five elevators. The reception area offers a reception and a lobby bar. There are four different buffet restaurants ("L'Asiatique" - Asian, "Le Marche" - International, "Culina" - Seafood, "Sidi Ali" - Oriental cuisine), a shisha corner (for a fee), various bars, as well as a hairdresser and boutiques. The "Dolce Vita Lounge Bar", newly opened in summer 2023, impresses with its luxurious atmosphere and delicious cocktails. The outdoor area features a pool landscape with a total of 13 swimming pools (some heated in winter), four of which have integrated children's areas and one children's pool, 11 slides for adults, and 7 slides for children, ensuring plenty of water fun. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pools and on the beach.

The Bungalow Garden View (BG2) rooms are approx. 24 sqm in size and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, tiled floor, air conditioning, telephone, safe (incl.), satellite TV, mini-fridge (1 bottle of water per person per day included), kettle, and balcony or terrace.

Double Superior Pool View

The Double Superior Pool View rooms (DSP) are equipped like the Bungalow Garden View rooms, but are larger (approx. 36 sqm) and have a pool view. The rooms can be located in the main building or in the annex buildings.

Double Room Sea View

The Double Rooms Sea View (DM) have the same amenities as the Bungalow Garden View rooms, additionally offer sea view, and are located in the main building.

Super Economy Room

The Super Economy Rooms (SSZ) have the same amenities as the Bungalow Garden View rooms, are distributed throughout the entire hotel complex, and have a limited contingent.

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as the Bungalow Garden View rooms, but are larger (approx. 48 sqm), consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, and have a balcony or terrace.

The Suite Sea View rooms (S2M) have the same amenities as the Bungalow Garden View rooms, but are more spacious with a living-bedroom and a separate bedroom.

All Inclusive

Breakfast buffet from 7-10 am, late breakfast from 7-10:30 am, lunch from 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner in summer from 6:30-9:30 pm, in winter from 6:30-8:30 pm. Various snacks are always available for hunger. Coffee/tea, cake, and pastries in the afternoon. Ice cream for adults and children from 1-5 pm. All local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 10 am to 12 am at the respective open bars. Selected cocktails are already included in the All-Inclusive offer at no extra charge. Alcoholic beverages are payable after 12 am. Soft drinks, water, and hot drinks are free of charge.

The price of €70 for adults and €35 for children up to 11 years includes daily free entry with snacks and soft drinks, as well as transfer from/to the hotel of stay.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.

A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 am (optional, bookable locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to Hatshepsut's Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Morning continuation to Kom Ombo.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished exterior cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and refresh yourself with cool drinks from the three bars on board. A small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are also available. From winter 2024/25, the ship will feature a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on the loungers or cool off in the pool and enjoy the dreamlike view of the landscape along the Nile.

The Single Suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm in size and otherwise equipped like the suites, but with only one single bed without a seating area.
