The family-friendly hotel is located directly on a 1,500-meter long, beautifully landscaped lagoon with its own beach section in El Gouna, north of Hurghada. A shuttle boat transfer (approx. 15 minutes) takes guests to another private island beach on the open sea, the beautiful Zeytouna Beach. From Zeytouna Beach, a long pier extends into the Red Sea. Experience the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling there. The center of El Gouna is about 350 m away. Hurghada Airport is about 25 kilometers away.

Built in a Nubian village style, the complex impresses with a cozy atmosphere, characterized by towers, domes, and arches, and features 434 comfortably furnished rooms spread across several two-story buildings. The resort has a beautiful and inviting reception area with seating and Wi-Fi in all public areas of the complex. The outdoor area features four different swimming pools (fitness pool, sunset pool with two small slides, aqua splash pool with four different water slides, dolphin pool), three of which are heated in winter. Four children's pools are also available for the younger guests, three of which are heated in winter. One of these pools has small slides and water features. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pools and on the hotel's private beach. For culinary delights, there is a main restaurant and four different specialty restaurants, as well as various bars.

Premium Room (PR2)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but more spacious (approx. 28 sqm), these rooms offer pool/garden or lagoon views. Also available for single occupancy (PR1).

Family Room (DF2)

The cozy family rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 37 sqm).

Superior Double Room

The newly bookable Superior Rooms (DSU, 28 sqm) are renovated and offer a choice of different views, depending on the room's location in the hotel – either overlooking the garden or the refreshing pool. The rooms are equipped with two types of beds: a spacious king-size bed or two single beds, as desired. The rooms have free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a kettle, and tea/coffee making facilities.
Available for single occupancy (DSE).

Superior Plus Double Room

The rooms (DSB) have similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms but are more spacious (approx. 35 sqm). The rooms are renovated and newly bookable.

The main restaurant "Sunny Restaurant" offers breakfast (07-10:00), lunch (13-15:00) and dinner (18-21:00) in buffet form. Additionally, the restaurant offers teatime with various snacks from 16-17:00. Furthermore, various specialty restaurants are available: "Greenhouse" with vegan and vegetarian dishes in the morning (7:30-11:00 buffet style), lunch (11-15:00 à la carte for a fee) and in the evening (18-21:00 à la carte for a fee with prior reservation). "Lagoon Lunch" at lunchtime (12-15:00 à la carte). "Dolce Vita" with Italian dishes (18:30-21:00 à la carte) and "Chez Pascal" with a selection of various specialties (18:30-21:00 à la carte for a fee on Fridays). Soft drinks, hot beverages, and local alcoholic drinks are offered to guests until midnight at six different bars, including the All-Inclusive Bar, the Sunset Bar, the Dolphin Bar, the Lagoon Bar, the Lounge Bar, and the Peanuts Bar, which is open until midnight and offers various entertainment and activities.

Dine Around El Gouna

The Dine-Around program offers guests with half board, full board, or all-inclusive a special culinary experience. Guests can dine in participating restaurants of other hotels – at no extra cost for the food (drinks excluded).
