Travel information

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The earliest possible boarding will always be used.

Notice

The travel package you have selected is for 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the itinerary. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
In the morning after breakfast, excursion to West Thebes to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, sail to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).

Early in the morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box is included.

In the morning after breakfast, free time. You will have a day to relax and enjoy the ship while sailing downstream to Luxor.
Then, opportunity for a sound and light show at the Temple of Karnak (optional, can be booked on site).

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship has a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites spread across three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship has a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the possibility to stay fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Enjoy the outdoor pool with breathtaking views of the Nile. Bath towels are provided free of charge to guests.

Executive Cabin

The Executive Cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² in size and equipped with a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe, and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive Cabins are located on the middle and upper deck.
Also bookable for single occupancy (EEX).

Suite

The Suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive Cabins, but larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with Nile view is approx. 3 m² and invites you to linger. The Suites are located on the Main Deck, the Middle Deck and the Upper Deck.
Also bookable for single occupancy (S1).

Economy Cabin

With the same amenities as the Executive Cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar amenities to the Executive Cabin and also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². They also feature a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living area.
The Royal Suites are located on all three decks.

Young Traveler Room

The Young Traveller Rooms (YTR) are equipped like the double rooms and are only bookable for young adults aged 18-29. The rooms have a limited quota and a special price.

Premium Double Room Garden View

The Premium Double Rooms (2GP, approx. 48 m²) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms, plus a roof terrace with sunset view and garden view.

The Junior Suites (JS2) are approx. 42-48 m² in size and have air conditioning, slippers, hairdryer, bathrobes, a bathroom with rain shower/WC, telephone, safe, and a coffee and tea maker. Additionally, the suites have a terrace with direct access to the shared pool and offer pool and garden views.
