Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Serenity and a beach holiday, including all transfers in between. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay before is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The preliminary and subsequent hotel stay depends on your arrival day and the day of embarkation. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Morning after breakfast excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon boat trip to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Morning after breakfast visit to Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board and trip to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3).
Continuing the journey to Aswan. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Afterwards visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca trip on the Nile (1,2,3).

Day 5:
Early morning at 3:30 AM opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box is included.

Day 6:
Morning after breakfast leisure time. You will have a day to relax and enjoy the ship while traveling downstream to Luxor.
Afterwards opportunity for a sound and light show at the Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked on site).

Day 7:
At 5 AM excursion by balloon (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, the Karnak and Luxor temples (1,2,3).

Facilities

The completely renovated 5-star Nile ship has a total of 40 beautiful outside cabins and suites, which are distributed over three decks. All cabins and suites have a balcony. Furthermore, the luxurious ship features a main restaurant, a reception, as well as a lounge bar and a small bazaar. The ship also offers the opportunity to keep fit in the fitness area. The pool on the sun deck invites you to cool off and relax. Also enjoy the outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the Nile. Bath towels are provided to guests free of charge.

Executive Cabin

The Executive cabins (KEX) are approx. 20 m² in size and equipped with private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, minibar, safe and a balcony (approx. 2 m²).
The Executive cabins are located on the middle deck and upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (EEX).

Suite

The suites (S2) are equipped like the Executive cabins, but are larger (approx. 27 m²). The beautiful balcony with a view of the Nile is approx. 3 m² in size and invites you to linger. The suites are located on the main deck, the middle deck and the upper deck.
Also bookable for single use (S1).

Economy cabin

With the same facilities as the Executive cabins, but slightly smaller.

Royal Suite

The Royal suites (R2S) are more spacious (approx. 34 m²) with similar equipment elements to the Executive cabin and are also equipped with a balcony of approx. 4 m². It also has a sofa and two armchairs in the integrated living room.
The Royal suites are located on all three decks.

Pickalbatros Aqua Park Resort

Location

The hotel "Pickalbatros Aqua Park," very popular with families, is located only approx. 700m from the hotel's own beach section. You can reach this after a short walk across the grounds of the sister hotel "Beach Albatros" (HRG013) or by free shuttle. The hotel is separated from the "Beach Albatros" only by a street. It is approx. 10 km to Hurghada Airport, and you need about 20 minutes by car to get to Hurghada Downtown.

The particularly family-friendly complex has 296 rooms, which are distributed over the main building and four 3-storey side buildings. In addition to two restaurants in the hotel (Mediterranean cuisine, Asian cuisine) and various bars, other restaurants from the sister hotels can be used. The hotel also offers a spacious lobby with a lobby bar, reception and ATM as well as various shops in front of the hotel and a hairdresser. In the outdoor area there is an amphitheater, 5 swimming pools (one of them heatable, one children's pool), an Olympic pool in the sister hotel Pickalbatros Aqua Vista (for a fee) and the Aqua Park with 9 water slides for adults. There are 16 more slides for children in the "Pickalbatros Aqua Blu", which can also be used. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach, bath towels only at the pool. There is a beach bar on the beach, which is also included. If required, unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park can be booked.

Family room

The family rooms (DF2) are approx. 48 m² in size, consist of 2 bedrooms and have a balcony or terrace.
Also bookable with pool view (FP2).

All Inclusive

Breakfast from 7-10 AM, late riser breakfast until 11 AM, lunch buffet from 12:30-2:30 PM, dinner in 2 restaurants (main restaurant and Asian restaurant) from 6-9 PM. Optionally also in one of the two restaurants "Tagine" and "Soprano" in the sister hotels Pickalbatros Aqua Blu and Pickalbatros Aqua Vista. Late dinner from 10 PM-12 AM, various snacks in the food court from 12-5 PM and at the beach bar from 3-4 PM. Ice cream for children from 10 AM-6 PM.
