Travel Information

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay prior to boarding is mandatory. The next available boarding date will always be used.

Notice

The selected travel package has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the boarding day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Itinerary:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
At 5 AM, a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, only bookable on site).
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, visit the West Bank with the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3), Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3), and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Then, proceed to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Breakfast on board. Then, proceed to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
After arriving in Kom Ombo, the Temple of Kom Ombo can be visited (1,2,3).
Continue sailing towards Aswan. Dinner on board during the journey.
Overnight in Aswan.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then, visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, enjoy a felucca ride on the Nile.
Then, there's an opportunity to visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the early morning at 3:30 AM, there's an option for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), including a breakfast box.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Continue sailing to Esna.
Day 6:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Continue sailing to Luxor. Lunch on board. Dinner and overnight in Luxor.
Day 7:
Breakfast on board.
Visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3).
Day 8:
Departure.

The ship features a friendly reception area and a total of 72 attractive outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious meals. A reading corner and a lounge bar complement the offerings. A jeweler and a bazaar invite you to browse. There is also a billiards room on board. This very generously designed holiday resort is located directly on the hotel's own sandy beach with a house reef. Here you can experience the beauty of the Red Sea while diving and snorkeling. The center of Hurghada is about 18 km away, and the airport is about 11 km away.

The appealing, upscale hotel consists of a main building and several annex buildings housing a total of 621 rooms. The hotel offers a reception with a spacious lobby in the luxurious entrance area, a hairdresser/beauty salon (for a fee), a shopping arcade, and an ATM. Six restaurants, including those with Asian and Italian cuisine, various bars, cafes, and an oriental pub delight the palate. In the generously designed outdoor area, there is a large, lagoon-style pool landscape with several pools (1 heated from November to April) and a separate fun area for children with slides and fountains (1 heated children's pool). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are provided free of charge on the sun terraces and at the beach.
