Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday including all inter-hotel transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as a pre-overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
In the morning at 5 AM, a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, only bookable locally).
Breakfast on board. Afterward, visit the West Bank with the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3), Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3), and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Afterward, continue to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Breakfast on board. Afterward, continue to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
After arriving in Kom Ombo, the Kom Ombo Temple can be visited (1,2,3).
Continue toward Aswan. Dinner on board.
Overnight in Aswan.
Day 4:
Morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Afterward, visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile.

Early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast box is included.

Continue to Esna.
Day 6:
Morning after breakfast, visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3). Continue to Luxor. Lunch on board. Dinner and overnight in Luxor.
Day 7:

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals. The facilities are complemented by a reading corner and a lounge bar. A jeweler and a bazaar invite you to browse. Furthermore, there is a billiard room on board. Beach Albatros Resort

Location

Spend a wonderful holiday with a direct beach location at the popular Beach Albatros Resort of the renowned Pickalbatros hotel chain. Enjoy the view of the beautiful Red Sea and let yourself be enchanted. The holiday resort is located directly on the fine sandy beach and is considered particularly family-friendly. It is about 17 km to the center of Hurghada and approx. 11 km to the airport.

Facilities

Spacious hotel lounge with modern furnishings, large windows, and chandelier.
This particularly family-friendly resort has 673 rooms, which are distributed over a main building and several bungalows. Upper floors can be comfortably reached via the five elevators. The lobby offers a reception and a lobby bar. There are four different buffet restaurants ("East & West" - Indian, oriental, and Asian cuisine; "Le Marche" - international; "Culina" - seafood; "Sidi Ali" - oriental cuisine), an à-la-carte restaurant, a shisha corner (for a fee), various bars, as well as a hairdresser and boutiques. The "Dolce Vita Lounge Bar" delights with a luxurious atmosphere and delicious cocktails. In the outdoor area, the pool landscape extends with a total of 9 swimming pools (partly heatable in winter), four of which have an integrated children's area, one children's pool, 13 slides for adults, and 9 slides for children, which ensure plenty of water fun. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge at the pools and on the beach.

Double Superior Pool View

The Double Superior Pool View rooms (DSP) are equipped like the Garden View Bungalows, but larger (approx. 36 m²) and have a pool view. The rooms can be located in the main building or the annex buildings.

Double Room Sea View

The Double Room Sea View (approx. 24 m², DM) has the same equipment as the Garden View Bungalow, additionally features a sea view, and is located in the main building.

The Suites Sea View (S2M) have the same equipment as the Garden View Bungalow, but are more spacious (approx. 48 m²) with a living room/bedroom and a separate bedroom. The rooms are located in the main building.

Double Room Deluxe (HRGA05)

These double rooms are approx. 28 m² in size and equipped with air conditioning, TV, shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view (DD2/DD3). Optionally bookable without a specific view (DDA), with pool view and slightly smaller at approx. 24 m² (DPB), towards the sea side (approx. 24 m², X2M), or with sea view (approx. 24 m², DDM).
