Travel information

Combo package consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay prior to the cruise is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation date will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre-cruise and post-cruise hotel stay depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
At 5 a.m., a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, only bookable on-site).
Breakfast on board. Afterward, visit the West Bank with the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3), Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3), and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Afterward, continue to Edfu.

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful exterior cabins distributed across several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals. The spacious hotel complex of the popular Dana Beach Resort is located directly on its own lagoon sandy beach in the southern hotel zone of Hurghada. The hotel complex consists of a main building and three-story residential buildings with a total of 866 rooms. A saltwater lagoon leads from the beach through the spacious and beautifully landscaped gardens to the reception building and can be traversed by shuttle boats. Facilities include a stylish lobby with reception, six buffet restaurants (international, Asian, Italian, Oriental, and German), various bars, shops, and a hairdresser.
The outdoor area features three swimming pools with integrated children's areas (two of which are heated in winter, one with slides for children), sun terrace, and pool bar. A special highlight for families is the Aqua Park, which opened in summer 2026. With a total of 14 water slides, it offers varied bathing fun for all ages. For teenagers and adults, there are various high-speed slides available, while younger guests can look forward to a separate Aqua Park with age-appropriate water attractions. Double Superior Lagoon View "Chillout"

The rooms (SL2) are equipped like the double rooms but are larger (approx. 45 m²) and have a lagoon view. On the lawn in front of the residential building, there are Bali beds, offering an exclusive chill-out possibility for guests of these rooms. Also bookable for single use (SL1).

The double rooms Deluxe correspond to the double rooms and are bookable with garden view (DD2/DD3), pool view (DPB), and sea view (DDM).

Suite sea view (HRGA07)

The suites are approx. 65 m² in size and feature a living area and a separate bedroom. General suite amenities include Wi-Fi, telephone, air conditioning, bathroom with shower/WC, as well as a balcony or terrace (S2M).
