Travel information

Package combining a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I with a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. Boarding will always be on the next possible date.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-cruise stay in the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and harbor are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
At 5 am, a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, only bookable on site).
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, visit the West Bank with the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3), the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3), and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Then proceed to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Breakfast on board. Then proceed to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
Upon arrival in Kom Ombo, the Temple of Kom Ombo can be visited (1,2,3).
Continue sailing towards Aswan. Dinner on board.
Overnight in Aswan.
Day 4:
After breakfast in the morning, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile.
Then an opportunity to visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the early morning at 3:30 am, there is an opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Continue sailing to Esna.
Day 6:
After breakfast in the morning, visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Continue sailing to Luxor. Lunch on board. Dinner and overnight in Luxor.
Day 7:
Breakfast on board.
Visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3).
Day 8:

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 attractive exterior cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious meals. A reading corner and a lounge bar complement the offerings. A jeweler and a bazaar invite you to browse. There is also a billiards room on board. You can relax and enjoy your vacation on the spacious sun deck with a pool and bar.

Location

The Sheraton Miramar Resort, built in a Nubian style, invites you to relax and unwind. The beautiful hotel complex extends over nine small islands, on which the various hotel buildings are spread out. The island landscape is connected by wooden bridges. Surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches, the location creates a very special atmosphere that immediately puts you in a holiday mood. The hotel is located approx. 25 km north of Hurghada, just a few minutes' drive from the center of El Gouna with its various shops, restaurants, and bars. For a fee, you can use the regularly running boat and bus shuttle. It is approx. 40 km to Hurghada Airport.

Designed by the renowned architect Michael Graves, the resort with 339 rooms fascinates with its colorful combination of Arabic and Nubian style and its location amidst a beautiful, exotic garden landscape. Comfortable communal facilities include a spacious lobby with a reception, several well-maintained lounge areas, various shops, a hairdresser, and a beauty salon. Be spoiled with culinary delights at the main restaurant "Miramar" and the two à la carte restaurants. Various bars are spread throughout the beautiful grounds, including the impressive "Miramar Bar," which offers small snacks and drinks. In the outdoor area, guests have access to the large pool complex (partially heated) with cozy sun terraces. The comfortably furnished rooms (DSU) have been recently renovated and are approximately 38 m². Premium Double Room with Partial Sea View

The rooms (P2D) feature a ground-level shower, WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, minibar (refilled daily with soft drinks), coffee and tea making facilities, a seating area, safe, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a partial sea view and have been renovated.

Beachfront Deluxe Room

The newly renovated Beachfront Deluxe Rooms (BF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms but are located on the first beachfront row. Also available for single occupancy (BF1).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms but consist of two rooms with an connecting door.

Superior Suite (HRGA16)

The Superior Suites (SU2) are similar in amenities to the Superior Double Rooms but do not have a ground-level shower and are larger at approximately 42m².
Also available for single use (SU1).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite (JS2) offers the same amenities as the double rooms but is more spacious (approx. 52 m²) and has an open living area.

The main restaurant "Miramar" offers breakfast (7-10:30 am) and dinner (6-9:30 pm), both in buffet style. Lunch is served in the "Miramar" or "Waves" restaurant. Local beer, local spirits, and local wines, soft drinks, ice cream, tea, mineral water, and coffee are included around the clock at the respective open bar. Drinks in the minibar are also included (daily refill of soft drinks).
NOTE: When booking Ultra All Inclusive, the Club Package is not included. The meals according to the program must be booked to include the Club Package.
