Product information

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Embarkation is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be taken.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
At 5 AM, a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, bookable on site only).
Breakfast on board. Afterwards, visit the West Bank with the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3), the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3) and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Then proceed to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Breakfast on board. Then proceed to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
After arriving in Kom Ombo, the Temple of Kom Ombo can be visited (1,2,3).
Continue sailing towards Aswan. Dinner on board.
Overnight in Aswan.
Day 4:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, a felucca ride on the Nile.
Then an opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the early morning at 3:30 AM, opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Lunch on board. Overnight and dinner on board.
Continue sailing to Esna.
Day 6:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Continue sailing to Luxor. Lunch on board. Dinner and overnight in Luxor.
Day 7:
Breakfast on board.
Visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3).
Day 8:
Departure.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious meals. A reading corner and a lounge bar complement the offerings. A jeweler and a bazaar invite you to browse. There is also a billiard room on board. Relax and enjoy your vacation on the spacious sun deck with a pool and bar.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served as a buffet. Drinks are available for a fee.

Entertainment

Occasional evening entertainment with folklore provides entertainment.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins have a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
The cabins can also be booked for single occupancy.
The windows cannot be opened.

Nile Cruise MS Magic I + Sheraton Miramar

Location

Built in Nubian style, the Sheraton Miramar Resort invites you to relax and unwind. The beautiful hotel complex extends over nine small islands, on which the various hotel buildings are spread out. The island landscape is connected by wooden bridges. Surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches, the location creates a very special atmosphere that immediately evokes a holiday mood. The hotel is located approx. 25 km north of Hurghada, just a few minutes' drive from the center of El Gouna with various shops, restaurants, and bars. For a fee, you can use the regularly running boat and bus shuttle. The airport of Hurghada is approx. 40 km away.

The resort, designed by the renowned architect Michael Graves, with 339 rooms, fascinates with its colorful combination of Arabic and Nubian style, as well as its location amidst a beautiful, exotic garden. The comfortable communal facilities include a spacious lobby with reception, several well-maintained lounges, various shops, a hairdresser, and a beauty salon. Let yourself be pampered culinarily in the main restaurant "Miramar" and the two à la carte restaurants. Various bars are distributed throughout the beautiful complex, including the impressive "Miramar Bar," which offers snacks and drinks. In the outdoor area, guests can enjoy the large pool landscape (partially heated) with cozy sun terraces. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach. The beach with its turquoise lagoons invites you to swim. From the hotel complex, you can also walk to the public island beach "Zeytouna Beach" and the "Zeytouna Beach Pier."

Superior Double Room with Pool or Lagoon View

The comfortably furnished rooms (DSU) have been freshly renovated and are approximately 38 m². The rooms have a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, minibar (refilled daily with soft drinks), coffee and tea making facilities, safe, and a balcony or terrace with a view of the hotel's lagoon. Also available as a single occupancy double room (DEU).

Premium Double Room with Partial Sea View

The rooms (P2D) have a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, minibar (refilled daily with soft drinks), coffee and tea making facilities, seating area, safe, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a partial sea view and have been renovated.

Beachfront Deluxe Room

The freshly renovated Beachfront Deluxe Rooms (BF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms but are located directly on the beach. Also available for single occupancy (BF1).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms but consist of two rooms with a connecting door.

Junior Suite

The Junior Suite (JS2) offers the same amenities as the double rooms but is more spacious (approx. 52 m²) and has an open living area.
Also available for single occupancy (JS1).
