Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation is always selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The prior and subsequent hotel stay depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.

Sightseeing on the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. optional hot air balloon excursion (can be booked locally).
Breakfast, sightseeing on the East Bank, visiting Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:

The True Beach Resort, consisting of the areas „True Beach Resort“ (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The facility, designed in an Arabic boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam and lies on a dreamlike coastal section with a bay in front with crystal-clear water, in the first beach row. Coral reefs offshore invite you to snorkel. Marsa Alam airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

This schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in a noble Bohemian style, paired with modern Arabic accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star facility consists of two parts: the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, which is bookable for guests aged 16 and over. The facility has a total of 158 rooms, which are spread over both parts, and offers a spacious reception area with a lobby bar ("True Lobby Bar") with indoor and outdoor seating (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is a rooftop bar ("Sama Bar"). The village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 different main pools that run through the entire facility and at the same time serve as pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool that offers a view of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, the pool bar "Scarab Bar" awaits you, as well as the oriental restaurant "El Tawla" and a chaise lounge area. Guests of the village area also have access to a Greek restaurant ("ILIOS") and an Asian restaurant ("NORI"), both located on the beach. On the beach, guests can additionally enjoy the "ILIOS Bar" and the "Salt Bar." Furthermore, guests of the village area have access to the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the fish restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools as well as a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool is heated in winter). An island in the main pool, reachable via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. Furthermore, the facility has the pool bar "Maya," a theater that offers various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. Guests of the village area may use both parts of the complex, but not vice versa. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included at the pool and on the beach.
