Travel Information

Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. Boarding will always be on the next available date.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins distributed across several decks. The main restaurant with delicious dishes caters to your culinary needs. The True Beach Resort, consisting of the sub-areas "True Beach Resort" (bookable under RMF333, completely renovated) and the True Beach Village (bookable under RMF444, newly built), opened its doors for the first time in December 2023. The complex, designed in an Arab Boho style, is located south of Marsa Alam on a dreamlike stretch of coastline with a bay in front with crystal-clear water in the first beach line. Coral reefs in front invite snorkeling. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel was built in an elegant Bohemian style combined with modern Arab accents, offering a unique design in Egypt. The 5-star complex consists of two sub-areas, the "True Beach Resort," which is particularly suitable for families, and the "True Beach Village" as an adults-only area, bookable from 16 years of age. The complex has a total of 158 rooms, distributed across both sub-areas, and offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and a lobby bar "True Lobby Bar" with seating inside and outside (located in the resort). On the first floor of the lobby is a rooftop bar "Sama Bar". The Village area of the resort (adults-only) is surrounded by a spacious water landscape and offers a total of 4 main pools that run through the entire complex and are also the pools for the swim-up rooms, as well as an infinity pool offering views of the crystal-clear bay (all pools are heated). In the middle of the pool landscape, the pool bar "Scarab Bar," the oriental restaurant "El Tawla," and a chaise lounge await you. Guests of the Village area also have access to a Greek restaurant "ILIOS" and an Asian restaurant "NORI," both located on the beach. On the beach, guests can also find the bars "ILIOS Bar" and "Salt Bar." Furthermore, guests of the Village area can use the main restaurant "El Manzil" and the seafood restaurant "Ritsa" (both located in the resort area). The resort area has two spacious pools and a whirlpool integrated into the main pool (main pool heated in winter). An island in the main pool, accessible via a wooden bridge, offers chill-out areas with loungers and beanbags for all ages. The complex also features the pool bar "Maya," a theater offering various entertainment programs in the evening, as well as various shops, a hairdresser, and a spa area. Guests of the Village area can use both sub-areas, but not vice versa. Loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included at the pool and on the beach.
