Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all connecting transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next possible embarkation is always selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. The pre-stay and post-stay at the hotel depend on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m., hot air balloon trip (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, the Karnak and Luxor temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening trip to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continue from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where you will stay overnight.
Lunch and dinner as well as overnight on board.
Day 5:
In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca trip on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Trip to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 7:
Continue to Esna and visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3). Overnight on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals for your well-being. The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and feature a small round window.

Cabin single occupancy

With the same facilities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 m²) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

JAZ Costa Mares

Location

Situated in the beautiful bay of Marsa Mubarak, the Hotel JAZ Costa Mares is part of the renowned JAZ Hotel Group. The offshore coral reef offers a fascinating underwater world for divers and snorkelers. It is one of the most famous spots for diving with manatees and turtles.
The nearest town with a beautiful marina and various shopping and entertainment options is approx. 5 km away. The distance to Marsa Alam airport is only about 8 km.

Facilities

The modern hotel complex (adults-only; bookable from 16 years) has a total of 208 rooms distributed in the main building and annexes. The stylish hotel is equipped with a modern lobby with reception, a gym, various shops, and a spa area. A buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace and two à la carte restaurants provide for your culinary well-being. "Anchor" offers Italian specialties, and "Sands" is located on the beach and offers international cuisine (with a minimum stay of 7 nights, both restaurants are included once per week - subject to availability - reservation required), as well as several bars.

The Double Superior Bay View (SVB) are 29 m² and feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, coffee and tea maker, safe, telephone, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony.

Superior Family Room Garden View
