Location

Spend a dream family holiday at the "Steigenberger Aqua Magic". The 5-star hotel offers fun for the whole family and delights young and old with its extensive water park. The tastefully designed promenade "ALDAU Art Promenade" separates the complex from the sandy beach, which is about 400 meters away and slopes gently into the sea. Here you can be fascinated by the magical underwater world of the Red Sea while snorkeling or diving. If necessary, the hotel offers shuttle services to the beach (subject to availability). Your holiday destination is located in the newer district of Hurghada on the modernly designed promenade with oriental cafés, bars, and international pubs as well as small shops. The center of Hurghada with the well-known "Sakalla" is about 6 km away. Hurghada Airport is about 5 km away.

Facilities

The extensive hotel complex is designed to be particularly child-friendly and family-friendly, and has 718 generously equipped rooms and suites. The complex welcomes guests in a spacious lobby with a reception and lobby bar, as well as a cozy lounge with seating areas. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. In the outdoor area, there are seven swimming pools, one with an integrated children's pool covering over 2,600 sqm, which are partially heated in winter. The hotel also has a water park with various water slides, which can be used from a height of 1.20 meters. The highlight for all water lovers is the 400-meter-long "Lazy River", which runs through the entire complex. On the roof terrace, there is a relaxation pool accessible only to adults. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge at the pools and on the beach. For culinary delights, the "Magic Flavors" main restaurant is available, as well as three different à la carte restaurants, a snack bar, and various pool and beach bars. Guests can choose between Italian, international, and oriental cuisine. There is also a "Sky Bar" on the rooftop terrace where guests can enjoy their drinks in the evening. In the row of shops, located directly in the hotel, you can buy small items like souvenirs.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms (DSU/DAS, approx. 34 sqm) have a shower/WC, coffee and tea maker, minibar, safe, LED TV, mini-bar, hairdryer, and air conditioning, as well as a balcony. Wi-Fi access is free for 2 devices.

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2/DDA, approx. 45 sqm) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, safe, satellite LED TV, coffee and tea maker, air conditioning, minibar (daily refilled with soft drinks), work area, seating area, and balcony. Wi-Fi access for 2 devices is free. Also bookable for single use (DD1).

Family Suite

The Family Suites (2FS/ASF) have the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 55 sqm) and have a master bedroom and a separate sleeping area with twin beds for the children. The master bedroom is separated from the sleeping area and hallway by a door. Wi-Fi access is free for 3 devices. Also bookable as a Suite (SA).

Family Junior Suite

The Family Junior Suites (FJ2/FJA, approx. 68 sqm) have the same amenities as the Family Suites, but with a master bedroom and a separate living/sleeping area. The master bedroom has a door to the living and sleeping area with two sofa beds. Wi-Fi access for 3 devices is free. Also bookable as a Junior Suite (JSA).

Aqua Suite

The Aqua Suite (S2, approx. 70 sqm) consists of a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom. Otherwise, it has the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms.

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver Rooms (SSZ) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms, but have a smaller contingent and a special price. The rooms are distributed throughout the complex and are sometimes in less desirable locations. Wi-Fi access for 2 devices is free.

Standard Double Room

The Double Rooms (DA) have similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, but are slightly smaller (approx. 24 sqm) and are renovated in a modern style. The rooms are distributed throughout the complex and do not have a balcony. Wi-Fi access for 2 devices is free.

Young Traveler Room

The Young Traveler Rooms (YTR) are equipped like the Standard Double Rooms and can be booked by young adults aged 18-29.

All Inclusive

The main restaurant "Magic Flavors" offers breakfast (7-10:30 am), lunch (1-3 pm) and dinner (Summer: 6:30-9 pm/Winter 6-9:30 pm) in buffet form with theme nights and live cooking stations.
Additionally, the following à la carte restaurants are available: The "Magic Orient Restaurant" offers oriental dinner and a late dinner from 10:30 pm to midnight. The "Magic Palappa Restaurant" offers Italian cuisine for breakfast (8-10:30 am), late breakfast (10:30 am-12 pm), lunch (1-4 pm) and dinner (6:30-9 pm). The "Magic Sky Restaurant" offers dinner (6:30-9 pm) on the rooftop. All mentioned restaurants are included once per week (for stays of 5 nights or more) and must be reserved.
Furthermore, snacks, sandwiches, and ice cream are available daily at the beach restaurant "Magic Blue" from 12 pm to 5 pm or at the "Magic Souk" from 5 pm to 11 pm. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the open bar: "Magic Lounge" including midnight snack, "Magic Splash Bar" with ice cream, "Magic Breeze Bar" with ice cream, "Magic Blue Bar", "Magic Sky Bar" with a sunset coffee break, and the "Magic Relax Bar – Adult Only".

Combined product of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. Boarding will always be on the next available date.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. Excursion by balloon at 5 am (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late in the evening, sail to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continue sailing from Esna.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious dishes. The offer is complemented by cozy lounge bars. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Cabins
