Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all connecting transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The journey must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation is always selected.

Notice

The travel package you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The preliminary and subsequent stay at the hotel depends on your day of arrival and the day of embarkation. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
2. Day:
Tour of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. hot air balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
3. Day:
Tour of the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure for Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
4. Day:
Continue from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where you will stay overnight.

Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Directly on a long, very shallow gravel/sand beach on the Red Sea, the exclusive JAZ Aquamarine Resort is located in the Egyptian holiday resort of Hurghada. Families in particular get their money's worth here. The perfect mix of relaxation and leisure opportunities as well as lots of water fun leaves nothing to be desired and ensures an unforgettable holiday. It is approx. 20 km to the center of Hurghada. The airport is approx. 17 km away.

Facilities

This 5-star hotel of the "JAZ" hotel chain offers a relaxing holiday for the whole family. The resort has 1001 rooms and suites spread throughout the complex. Hotel facilities include a spacious lobby with reception, a hairdresser, and a wellness area (for a fee). Two main restaurants serve delicious international dishes (Note: the 2nd main restaurant "Four Corners" may be partially closed depending on hotel occupancy) and seven à la carte restaurants with Italian cuisine (Nino's), delicacies from the Middle East (Sofra), Asian (Makai Tukai), Indian food (Amaya), as well as a burger restaurant (Burger Bay) and a grill restaurant (reservation required, two specific restaurants per week are included, minimum stay 7 days). The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the superior double rooms and have a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be located on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.

Deluxe family room

The deluxe family rooms (2DF) are more spacious (approx. 45 m²) with otherwise the same features as the superior double rooms and have a queen-size bed as well as 2 sofa beds (180 x 80 cm) in the entrance area in a separate sleeping area.

With the same features as the junior suite, the elegant and spacious royal suites (RS, approx. 100 m²) have a large furnished terrace with access to a communal pool, which is shared with two other rooms. An elegant bedroom with a queen-size bed and a comfortable living area invite you to linger.
Rooms with direct access to the sharing pool do not have their own lifeguard and pose an increased danger to small children and non-swimmers. The duty of supervision at the pool therefore lies with the parents/guardians.
