Travel information

Combination package including a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all connecting transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay prior to the cruise is mandatory. The next possible embarkation date will always be selected.

Notice

The travel package you have chosen has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre-cruise and post-cruise stay at the hotel depends on your day of arrival and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Sightseeing of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. hot air balloon trip (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, sightseeing of the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals for your well-being. Enjoy a relaxing holiday and discover Egyptian hospitality at the "Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort". This hotel, designed in an oriental style, is located in the center of Madinat Makadi, directly next to the lively Makadi Center, the pulsating heart of Makadi Bay with numerous shopping and entertainment options. The sandy coral beach is about 300 to 700 meters away, depending on the room location (bathing shoes are recommended). Hurghada Airport is about 35 kilometers away and is easily accessible.

Facilities

The stylish resort has 325 rooms spread across several buildings. An inviting lobby with reception welcomes guests. Two buffet restaurants and four à-la-carte restaurants provide culinary delights with Asian, Italian, and oriental delicacies as well as grill specialties (1 visit to one of the à-la-carte restaurants included). Seven bars offer a wide selection of drinks. The well-kept and spacious garden complex includes three freshwater swimming pools, two of which are heated in winter, as well as two children's pools (one of which has a sun canopy). Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach. Fresh pool towels are provided in the rooms.

The superior double rooms (DSU) in an oriental style are about 35 m² in size, friendly furnished, and equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and a balcony or terrace. Superior Deluxe

The superior deluxe rooms (SDX) are designed for an occupancy of 2+1 persons with the same amenities as the superior double rooms. These rooms can also be booked for single use (SED).

The spacious family rooms (FP2) are about 45 m² in size and offer the same amenities as the superior double rooms. Additionally, they have two extra sofa beds in a sleeping area visually separated by a curtain.

The deluxe family rooms (2DF) offer, in addition to the amenities of the family rooms, a sleeping area separated by a curtain, an additional seating area, and a kitchenette with a microwave. With a size of about 55 m², they are also more spacious.
