Travel information

Combination package including a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all transfers in between. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next available embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven Days according to the program. Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
2. Day:
Sightseeing of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. excursion by balloon (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, sightseeing of the East Bank, the Karnak and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.

3. Day:
Sightseeing of the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.

Continue journey from Esna.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation and discover Egyptian hospitality at the "Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort". This hotel, designed in an oriental style, is located in the center of Madinat Makadi, right next to the lively Makadi Center, the pulsating heart of Makadi Bay with numerous shopping and entertainment options. The sandy coral beach is about 300 to 700 meters away, depending on the location of the room (bathing shoes are recommended). Hurghada Airport is about 35 kilometers away and is easily accessible.

Amenities

The stylish resort features 325 rooms spread across several buildings. An inviting reception lobby welcomes guests. Two buffet restaurants and four à-la-carte restaurants pamper you with culinary delights, including Asian, Italian, and oriental delicacies as well as grill specialties (1 visit to one of the à-la-carte restaurants included). Seven bars offer a large selection of drinks. The well-maintained and extensive garden complex includes three freshwater swimming pools, two of which can be heated in winter, as well as two children's pools (one of which has a sun canopy). Double room Superior

The Double room Superior (DSU) in oriental style is approx. 35 m² in size, comfortably furnished and equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), safe, and balcony or terrace. These rooms can also be booked with pool view (DSP) or for single occupancy (DEU/ESP).

Superior Deluxe

The Superior Deluxe rooms (SDX), with the same equipment as the Double room Superior, are designed for occupancy of 2+1 persons. These rooms can also be booked for single occupancy (SED).

Family room pool view

The spacious Family rooms (FP2) are approx. 45 m² in size and offer the same equipment as the Double room Superior. Additionally, they feature two extra sofa beds in a sleeping area visually separated by a curtain.

Deluxe Family room

The Deluxe Family rooms (2DF) offer, with the same equipment as the Family rooms, an additional sleeping area separated by a curtain, an additional seating area, as well as a kitchenette with microwave. With a size of approx. 55 m², they are also more spacious.
These rooms can also be booked with pool view (FPD).

Apartment 2 bedrooms

The apartments with 2 bedrooms (A22) are approx. 100 m² in size and feature two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a kitchenette with microwave, an open living/dining area, a safe, air conditioning, a TV, a coffee/tea maker, as well as a balcony or terrace. These apartments can also be booked with pool view (2P2).

All meals are served in buffet form. Restaurant opening times may be changed at any time by management depending on hotel occupancy or season. Early riser breakfast is offered from 5 to 7 a.m., breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m., lunch from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., and dinner from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. (in winter from 6 to 9 p.m.). For our little guests, the resort offers an international Kids Club for children aged 4 to 12. Opening hours are from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. There is a varied program with treasure hunts, children's shows, face painting, a playground, mini-disco, and a children's pool. Additionally, there is a covered children's pool and a covered playground as well as a separate children's buffet.
The Kids Club is open 6 Days a week. Upon request and subject to availability, a baby crib, baby monitor, high chair, baby bath, baby toilet, and child steps are provided.
