Location

The Mövenpick Resort & Spa is located in the heart of El Gouna, idyllically situated on one of the numerous peninsulas with its own exclusive beach, nestled between the Red Sea and a picturesque lagoon. The charming town center of El Gouna, offering a wealth of restaurants and shops, is about 1.5 km away. The picturesque Abu Tig Marina, an exclusive marina with a variety of restaurants and shops, is about 3.5 km away. The resort is located about 27 km north of Hurghada city center and approx. 40 km from Hurghada Airport.

The spacious, Mediterranean-style hotel complex comprises a total of 420 rooms, harmoniously spread across seven different buildings. The particularly spacious and elegantly furnished reception hall welcomes guests with a stylish reception and comfortable seating; safes are available there free of charge. Culinary highlights are provided by the buffet restaurant "Palavrion" and three à la carte restaurants, offering an exquisite selection of seafood, oriental, and Italian specialties. The offering is rounded off by a cozy bar, two pool bars, and a souvenir shop. The hotel's own spa area invites guests to relaxing wellness experiences with six different treatment rooms. In the extensive outdoor area, a well-maintained garden landscape with three swimming pools and a separate children's pool, some of which are heated in winter, stretches out. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge both by the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Garden View

The modernly furnished double rooms (D) are spacious (approx. 40 m²) and equipped with a king-size bed or two twin beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, coffee and tea maker, minibar, Wi-Fi, safe (free of charge) and a terrace with garden view.

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

The double rooms Deluxe Sea View (DDM) are equipped like the double rooms, but also have a sea view and a balcony or terrace. Sparkling wine on arrival.

Double Room Deluxe Lagoon View

The double rooms Deluxe Lagoon View (D2L) have the same amenities as the double rooms, with a view of the lagoon and a balcony or terrace.
Also bookable for single occupancy (1DL) and as type I (DLI).

Family Room

The family rooms (DF2) have the same amenities as double rooms, but are more spacious (approx. 50 m²) and also feature an open sleeping area (maisonette) and a balcony with a view of the lagoon or pool.

All Inclusive

Breakfast buffet in "Palavrion" from 7 am to 10:30 am, late riser breakfast from 10:30 am to 11 am, lunch from 1 pm to 3 pm and dinner from 6 pm to 10 pm either in "Palavrion" (buffet) or in the à la carte restaurant "Gallery" (Italian) from 6:30 pm to 10 pm.
Afternoon snacks from 12 pm to 4 pm, ice cream from 11 am to 5 pm and coffee, tea and cake from 3 pm to 5 pm.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 am to 11 pm at the respective open bar.
The minibar is refilled daily with drinks (snacks for a fee).

Dine Around

The Dine-Around program offers guests with Half Board, Full Board, or All-Inclusive a special culinary experience. Guests can dine in participating restaurants of other hotels – at no extra cost for the food (drinks excluded).
Depending on the length of stay, guests can use the Dine-Around offer multiple times: 1x for stays of four nights or more, up to 3x for five to seven nights, and up to 4x for eight nights or more. Guests from 5-star hotels have access to all participating restaurants.

Combined product of a Nile cruise on MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding will always be taken.

Arrival and embarkation. In the afternoon, visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. balloon excursion (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes. A cozy lounge bar complements the offering. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 m² in size and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar and safe.

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Single Cabin
