Location

The newly built hotel impresses with its particularly luxurious atmosphere and is located in the dreamlike bay of Abu Soma, directly on the 300m long private beach. The beach captivates with its white sand and the beautiful view over the crystal-clear water of the bay. The nearest town, Safaga, can be reached after approx. 20 km and offers some shops, restaurants, and bars. Hurghada Downtown is approx. 55 km away. Hurghada Airport is approx. 50 km away.

The stylish and luxurious resort has 409 generously furnished rooms. The elegant lobby is equipped with a reception and promises you an unforgettable holiday from the moment you enter. The buffet restaurant spoils you with international delicacies. For culinary variety, "Dine Around" offers four à la carte restaurants where you can enjoy Asian, Oriental, and Italian specialties, as well as Mediterranean cuisine (reservations required). The resort also has several bars.
In the dreamlike outdoor area, you will find a spacious pool landscape (heated in winter) with two swimming pools and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, mattresses, sunshades, and towels are provided free of charge for guests at the pool and on the beach.

Double Room Superior Pool View Economy

The Schauinsland original rooms are modernly furnished (DSP, approx. 50m²) and feature a king-size bed or two single beds, a large bathroom with rain shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker (daily free refill), minibar (water is refilled daily. All other items for a fee), safe (included), balcony or terrace.
When booking this room, guests will receive the following additional amenities:
- 10% discount on one spa treatment per room and stay
- 10% discount on beach cabanas once per stay
- Laundry service: 5 items of clothing per stay per room free of charge.
The Superior Double Rooms are located on the first or second floor. The room can also be booked for 2+1 occupancy.

Double Room Superior Side Sea View

The Superior Double Rooms with side sea view (DSS) have queen or twin-size beds, air conditioning, a bathroom with toilet and shower, hairdryer, TV, and a safe. Additionally, the rooms offer a side sea view.
Available at an extra charge also with frontal sea view (FUM) or with side sea and pool view (DMU).
Also available for single occupancy (DE1/EUM/UME).

Double Room Superior Front Sea View Top Floor

The newly bookable Schauinsland Reisen original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and have a sea view. These rooms offer frontal sea view and are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel.
Also bookable for single occupancy (MSE).

Double Room Superior Grand Side Sea View

The Superior Rooms Type B (DSB) are approx. 50 sqm and have a queen-size bed and a seating area that can be converted into a bed. The rooms are equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, safe, minibar (water is refilled daily, other items for a fee), and a hairdryer. This room type can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. The rooms are located on the first and second floors and have a side sea view.
Also available for single occupancy (E1S) or with pool and sea view (GD2/G1D).

Family Room Deluxe Pool and Sea View

The Family Rooms Deluxe (F2D) are approx. 60 sqm and feature either a king-size bed or two single beds. These rooms are larger and consist of two rooms, a main bedroom and a seating area that can be converted into beds, with bathrooms featuring a rain shower and a separate toilet and hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, and slippers. Additionally, there is a large separate dressing room with large mirrors. A smart TV with cable/satellite channels, two direct-dial telephones, and a safe are also provided in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee facilities and high-speed internet connection. Minibar (water, daily refill included, other items for a fee). Balcony or terrace.

Executive Suite Private Swim Up Pool

The Executive Suites (X2S) have the same amenities as the Superior Rooms with side sea view, but are larger (approx. 57 sqm), have a bathtub and shower in the bathroom, and feature a private swim-up pool. The minibar is refilled daily with water free of charge (all other items for a fee); an espresso coffee machine is available for an additional charge.
