The newly built hotel impresses with its particularly luxurious atmosphere and is located in the dreamlike bay of Abu Soma, directly on a 300 m long private beach. The beach captivates with its white sand and the beautiful view over the crystal-clear water of the bay. The nearest town, Safaga, can be reached after approx. 20 km and offers a few shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars. It is approx. 55 km to Hurghada city center. Hurghada Airport is approx. 50 km away.

The stylish and luxurious resort has 409 generously furnished rooms. The elegant lobby is equipped with a reception and promises an unforgettable holiday the moment you step inside. The buffet restaurant pampers you with international delicacies. For culinary variety, the "Dine Around" concept offers four à-la-carte restaurants where you can enjoy Asian, oriental, and Italian specialties as well as Mediterranean cuisine (reservation required). Furthermore, there are several bars available to you at the resort.
In the dreamlike outdoor area, there is a spacious pool landscape (heatable in winter) with two swimming pools and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and towels are available to guests at the pool and beach free of charge.

Superior Double Room Pool View Advantage Room

The schauinsland-original rooms are modernly furnished (DSP, approx. 50m²) and feature a king-size bed or two single beds, a large bathroom with rain shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), vanity mirror, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities (daily free refill), minibar (water is refilled daily; everything else for a fee), safe (included), and balcony.
When booking this room, guests receive the following additional amenities:
- one-time 10% discount per room and stay on a spa treatment
- one-time 10% discount per stay on beach cabanas
- laundry service: 5 pieces of clothing per stay per room free of charge.
The Superior double rooms are located on the first or second floor. The room can also be booked for 2+1 occupancy.

Superior Double Room Side Sea View

The Superior double rooms with side sea view (DSS) feature queen or twin-size beds, air conditioning, a bathroom with WC and shower, hairdryer, TV, and a safe. In addition, the rooms have a side sea view.
Available with front sea view (FUM) or side sea and pool view (DMU) for an additional charge.
Also bookable for single use (DE1/EUM/UME).

Superior Double Room Front Sea View Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen-Original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior double rooms and feature a sea view. The rooms offer a front sea view and are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel.
Also bookable for single use (MSE).

Superior Grand Double Room Side Sea View

The Superior Type B rooms (DSB) are approx. 50 m² in size and feature a queen-size bed and a seating area that can be converted into a bed. The rooms are equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, safe, minibar (water is refilled daily; everything else for a fee), and a hairdryer. This room type accommodates 2 adults and 1 child. The rooms are located on the first and second floor and have a side sea view.

Family Room Deluxe Pool and Sea View

The Deluxe family rooms (F2D) are approx. 60 m² in size and feature either a king-size bed or two single beds. These rooms are larger and include two rooms, a master bedroom, and a seating area that can be converted into beds, as well as bathrooms with a rain shower and separate WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror, bathrobes, and slippers. Additionally, there is a large separate dressing room with full-length mirrors. A smart TV with cable/satellite channels, two direct-dial telephones, and a safe are also available in the room. Complimentary tea and coffee making facilities as well as high-speed internet connection. Minibar (water refilled daily included; everything else for a fee). Balcony or terrace.

Executive Suite Private Swim Up Pool

The Executive Suites (X2S) have the same amenities as the Superior side sea view rooms but are larger (approx. 57 m²), have a bathtub and shower in the bathroom, and feature a private swim-up pool. The minibar is refilled daily with water free of charge (soft drinks for a fee).

Royal Suite Private Pool

The spacious Royal Suites (R2S) are approx. 215 m² in size and feature particularly luxurious amenities including a private pool.

Villa 2 Bedrooms

The two-bedroom villas (V22) are approx. 350 m² in size and are equipped with a queen-size bed and two single beds. They offer air conditioning, an open bathroom with Jacuzzi, and an enclosed garden with outdoor shower (rain shower), hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and beach/pool towels.
In addition, the villas feature a separate living and seating area, a dressing room with full-length mirrors, a fully equipped kitchen (including ice maker, refrigerator, stove, and espresso machine), smart TV with cable and satellite reception, minibar, safe, and telephone.
A private garden and direct pool access (swim-up) are also part of the equipment.
