Location

The spectacular beach resort is located directly on the 800 m long hotel-owned sandy beach. The pristine offshore coral reef provides the best conditions for a breathtaking snorkeling or diving experience. The beach is one of the favorite spots for many kite/windsurfers and sailors, as the steady wind offers perfect conditions. The 18-hole CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF COURSE, designed by Gary Player, is located at the adjacent neighboring hotel. It is approx. 60 km to the center of Hurghada with its downtown, beautiful shops, and other leisure opportunities. The international airport of Hurghada is approx. 45 km away.

With its very specific architectural pharaonic style, the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort emphasizes a special and very luxurious ambiance. The extensive complex has 326 rooms, distributed between a main building and several side buildings. The spacious lobby features a lounge and comfortable seating areas. For culinary enjoyment, there is the main restaurant "Bistro24", an Italian à-la-carte restaurant "L'Emporio" (for a fee), the "More Café" (by reservation), and a "Sea View Restaurant" (lunch service only), located between the pool and the beach. Guests can find a selection of various drinks at one of the three bars. In addition, the resort offers three different shops that invite you to browse. In the generously laid-out garden area, there are three large swimming pools (heatable in winter) with a pool bar and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, bath towels, and sun umbrellas are included at the pool and the beach.
Furthermore, guests of the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort receive free access to the Soma Splash Aquapark (10 am – 5 pm) next to the hotel, which provides plenty of water fun for young and old.

Double Room

The double rooms are 34-35 m² and are brightly and comfortably furnished. They feature a bathroom with shower or bathtub/WC, hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), minibar, safe, air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers (on request), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony or terrace. Meals

as per program

With the "as per program" meal plan, guests receive half-board as a basic meal plan and access to the Sheraton Club Lounge (open from 6:30 am – 10 pm). This includes the following amenities:
- High-speed internet access in the lounge
- Various snacks and drinks in the lounge throughout the day
- Exclusive breakfast in the lounge
Please note that there is a smart casual dress code in the lounge.
Furthermore, children under 15 years old are only allowed in the lounge when accompanied by an adult.
